I couldn’t be more pleased with the installation. The installation pros, Steve and Jesus, got the job done quickly and the results were perfect. They cleaned everything up and left my kitchen looking like they had never been there, except for the sparkling new counters. I would give the installation 5 stars. I did have problems, however, with the initial order of materials. I ordered quartz counter tops and when measurements were taken, I was told that there would have to be a seam because the material didn’t come in that length. I reluctantly agreed to the seam. After the initial installation, I discovered that the color of the two pieces that were seamed did not match. Eventually Stoneworks ordered another piece of material, long enough that no seam was necessary, which is what I wanted in the first place. In the end, I love my new counter tops, but it was quite a journey to get there. I placed the order through Home Depot in November and the job was finally completed the middle of March. I am glad that Stoneworks stood behind their product and completed the job to my satisfaction.

Terrible installation. Had to have all counters redone due to cracking at seams. Customer service quotes incorrect service charges and expects payment asap or off to collections they go!
