Super 8 Bedford Airport West

I am submitting an official complaint about the shuttle bus service they have at this hotel. After one day of rerouted flights between midland, austin then Dallas. We arrive at 8 pm. I call for the shuttle almost 6 times. The guy came after one hour and 15 mn!!! Added to that, he asked us when is our next flight and we said its at 6 am he said i only have 4 am. Some people in the shuttle said that they have an earlier flight, so the driver decided he will pick us at 3:30 to accommodate them !!! I have never seen a shuttle bus driver with such an attitude. !!! In fact if it wasnt for american airline paying for this hotel i would never ever stay one night in it!!! Learned my lesson… 200 $ hotel per night is worth what we have seen just waiting for this shuttle driver to show up!!!
