Wendy’s apparently is trying to corner the bottom of the barrel market. Menu changes have slowly but steadily trended towards lowering costs as evidenced by the 4 for $ 4 deal I ordered yesterday. I received the smallest bacon cheeseburger(almost slider-sized) I’ve ever seen with a wafer-thin, dried out patty and two«chunks» of charred bacon. The fries are supposed to be their new natural-cut variety, but are powdery and dried-out. They’re also started using one of those new Coca-Cola jukebox machines, which according to another restaurant manager I know, requires frequent cleaning or drinks will end up tasting like a strange all-flavor combination. This one may not have been cleaned in a while based upon the orange-grape-gatorade flavor of my plain Coke. I’m disappointed because I used to count on Wendy’s for a half-way decent, cheap lunch. Now it’s just cheap.

I like Wendy’s food, always have, just not this location. The only thing that draws me to stop here periodically is the 99 cent menu and and frosty s. The dining room is always dirty and the people behind the counter aren’t any cleaner. What the hell ever happened to looking presentable when you went to work?! I understand it is a fast food joint, but dirty hair, dirty clothes… the list goes on.
