Appointments are meaningless.
I arrived for my 1045 am Saturday appointment and was told it would be a 45 minute wait; an hour and a half without an appointment. By noon I had to remind them that they still hadn’t moved the car from the parking lot to a bay to start work.
I’ve used these guys for years and they do good work, I just wish they’d honor their appointments. Otherwise why have them?

Thanks Discount Tire! I showed up at 5:59 with a nail in my tire, and not only did you take my car right away, you fixed it for free! The gentlemen who took care of me in front were super friendly, and so was my tech that fixed my tire. I was in and out in under 15 mins! I’ll never go to any other location!

Speedy service, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Got a 7″ bolt lodged in my Jeep Wrangler 31″ tire. They could’ve charged me way more for the price of a new tire because of the damage. They rotated my tires, changed a lose lug but and plugged the hole for free. Thanks guys! I will definitely be returning!

A really busy location but the guys there, as standard with Discount Tire, are amazingly professional, helpful and quick.
They don’t lie to you and try to oversell you on a solution. If a tire is fine, it’s fine. If it has low tread, they explain it to you. They aren’t pushy and always check my tire if I think it has a nail — for free.

I’ve done business with discount tires around the state for a long time. Overall I’ve very pleased with the service and products of this company. This week I bought a new set of tires for my 1 ½ year old Audi A6. After the tires were mounted I noticed scratches on 3 of the 4 rims. When I brought this to the attention of the store representative he brought the store manager over to take a look. His response was that the scratches were not caused by the mounting process and he would not take responsibility for the damage. I’m very upset because I take great care of my automobiles. I know the rim damage was not there before the tires were mounted.
Unfortunately Discount Tires refuses to take responsibility for the damage.

Needed a patch on tire. They wouldn’t do it for «Safety reasons». Wouldn’t put my spare on for «Safety reasons». I couldn’t afford a new tire so they put my original tire one minus the nail that was plugging the hole and left me on a flat to change my self in the parking lot.

So bad luck comes my way and I have a screw in my tire. Sucks right? I called into discount tires to get a quote and they were very knowledgable they also told me I could come in on the spot. I figured it would take a long time but it was the fastest service and they were crazy busy. Everyone was super nice and courteous would definitely recommend them to everyone in the area.

As my neighborhood undergoes roofing on virtually every house following the horrendous spring storms, many of us «found» nails. I was not excluded from the experience. Also had a minor problem with another very slow leak. Being new to the area, I took my neighbor’s suggestions to visit Discount Tire. Made an appointment ahead so that resolves the wait time issue. They fixed both tires, replaced my spare and I was on my way. Very pleasant experience and I will definitely be back when the time comes to replace all of them.

4 trips to this Discount Tire in 3 weeks. Tire pressure light keeps coming on and all these boys can do is fill up my tire, smile and send me on my way. Really??? Don’t you think at this point you’d take the tires off and see what the real problem is? Last week, I watched an employee pull a car forward and twist the air hose around the axle. They had to remove the tire to untangle it.

I have attempted to have a nail repair to my tire 3 times here. Every time I’ve come in its 1 – 2.5 hours wait. They lost my tire valve cap the first time I came in. Last time I tried to have it fixed they insisted I buy 2 back tires. Thankfully Lambs looked at it said I didn’t need any for 10k more miles. They don’t want to repair your tires they just want to sell you new ones. The staff is nice but I don’t like the dishonest practice of pressuring people to buy what they don’t need.

Terribly long service unlike normal place this place is always packed and they only care for customers they already know if your a new customer i’d advice using another place to get you tires changed.

Got a flat last night. Aaron at Discount Tire was super friendly and helpful, gave me options, was not hard selling me on anything. I needed new tires anyway, so I got a good deal on 4 tires. I was out in 30 minutes. Their warranty is good peace of mind, for about 10% of the value of the tires i think is worth it.

I had a problem with a previous shop that had tried to fix the problem with my tires TWICE and it was a disaster.
I decided to try these guys out because they had really good reviews.
Well I’m glad I did.
They fixed my car and it was perfect within 45 minutes. A feat that the other shop couldn’t accomplish in two trips and several hours.
They were professional and courteous and did the job RIGHT not just FAST.

«Many thanks to the awesome crew at Discount Tire in Bee Cave who were nice as all get out, troubleshooted my leaking tire (faulty valve), filled and rotated my tires, put a hot cup of coffee in my hand, didn’t try to upsell me, and got me out of there in 20 minutes… for absolutely zero charge! And I didn’t even purchase the existing set of tires from them (came with vehicle).
Top notch job and worth their social capital in gold. I will be purchasing my next set from them and shunting biz their way!»

Unfortunately had to buy a new $ 250 tire b/​c a teeny tiny screw punctured the sidewall (barely) so it could not be plugged.
The staff here were are really friendly and attentive. Had the tire in stock. Gave me a small discount as I’ve been a loyal customer of DT for over 20 years.
The wait time (about 25 minutes) was SIGNIFICANTLY less than at all other DTs I’ve been to. Wow! Impressed!
Note: Location easy to miss because the building doesn’t look like any other DT. Be sure to watch for the turn.
