The worst customer experience ever. I spent $ 800 on 3 pairs of glasses July 6. They got the prescription wrong for my progressive glasses. The RayBan sunglasses broke in 1 day. They didn’t update the prescription safety glasses with the new prescription so I still have no glasses other than the sunglasses which took 2 weeks to repair. Why couldn’t they take another pair of frames to fix the sunglasses? Why didn’t they change the prescription on my safety glasses when we discovered that the prescription as wrong? Why am I forced to wait ANOTHER3 weeks for my safety glasses? Why did I have to call them on Saturday Aug 1st to see if any of my glasses had arrived? I will never bring my business back to this store. August 2nd and I only have a pair of sunglasses.
