Home Care

At Caring Connection, Inc. we have three levels of care determined by a scoring index of client needs, and assistance with activities of daily living.

Level I Companion Care — Basic assistance with activities of daily living and companionship will be provided.

Level II Personal Care — Includes personal care, incontinence care and assistance with ambulation and transfers, plus all services included in Level I.

Level III — Includes RN supervision and skilled services including dementia care, wound care, medication management and more plus all services included in levels I and II.

Geriatric Care Management and Consulting

Our registered nurse will complete a geriatric care assessment to evaluate medical, physical, financial and spiritual needs. She will assist to facilitate the necessities required for functional living, or help to achieve placement into an Independent Living Facility, Assisted Living Facility or Nursing Home. The fee for this service will be waived if the client initiates home care with our agency.

History

Established in 2006.

Located in Bel Air, Maryland, Caring Connection, Inc. is a licensed and bonded home care agency, providing elder care management and in home senior care in the form of companion care, personal care, and respite services for seniors in Harford County, Baltimore County and Cecil County.

As a licensed home care company, Caring Connection is privately owned by a registered nurse. We offer several levels of in-​home senior care, with customized care plans and schedules.

We also offer professional geriatric care management services and those services are provided free to home care clients who receive at least 40 hours per week of in-​home care service.

We take the worry out of the aging process for you by being available and on-​call ²⁴⁄₇ for your needs.
