Visage Salon & Day Spa

Absolutely adored my acrylic manicure I got from Lucy here. Would highly recommend her. Very easy to talk to and it wasn’t awkward sitting there for 2+ hours. Which by the way, expect your services to take longer here than most salons, here they pay attention to detail and use gentler methods so it’s worth the extra time. Which by the way, they don’t use drills on nails! :) Overall, this is not your typical salon. It is higher-​end, but in a reinvented country-​styled house and it’s really cozy. I liked the fact that they have it split up into sections on different floors because it keeps you from smelling all the fumes at once. It’s more expensive, but once again, worth it. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back for a acrylics again because my job won’t allow them, but I will definitely be back for other services!

Brittany is great! I relocated here and I always have a hard time finding someone that I like. Brittany is so personable and does great with my hair and bangs EVERYTIME! The whole staff is welcoming.

I have been looking for a good Salon since I moved back from Las Vegas. I finally found good people at Visage. Besides the good customer service they do great work from hair to waxing. I had my hair colored and trimmed by Brittney. I trusted her and I finally have the red I was I looking for. She knew what she was doing. I had a wonderful time there. I can’t remember the the woman’s name that shampooed my hair but she was wonderful as well. Everyone was very nice and I am glad I found a place I can feel comfortable at. I feel like I can just walk in and say hi, it is a family feel there. Thank you Brittney for making me feel and look beautiful!!!

In an old house, not high end, but cute and homey. Staff was friendly, I had a nice pedicure and the prices are competitive.

Had Annemarie for a message. She was excellent. I get lots of messages and def know good from bad. Would def go back and would strongly recommend Annemarie.

LOVE this Salon! The staff is fantastic, Ronnie the owner is good to her staff and most of them have been there for a while. Katie at the front desk is fantastic, Dawn does the best shampoo in town and Ronnie is genuinely grateful for her customers and staff. I’ve had my nails/​toes done by all the girls and they are all very meticulous. Diana does my hair and she is very talented. If you are new in town, or looking for a change, I would highly recommend you visit Visage! Tell Katie what you’re looking for and she’ll recommend the stylist that is perfect for you.

I had purchased a living social for haircut and partial highlights. I had to chose from 2 stylist and was with Wendy. She did a perfect job and I am very happy with the salon and will be back for sure. Katie I believe was her name that is at the desk when you arrive was on top of things. Very well run and organized from what I could tell. I would refer this salon for sure.

I love this place. I would follow Sherry anywhere to get my hair done. The place is very upbeat and everyone is super friendly. It’s clean and parking isn’t a problem. After being a customer there for a few years I did decide to use their spa services. I wasn’t all that impressed with their Esthetician. I found her a bit abrupt and she asked very personal questions at our first encounter. I was completely turned off from there on. I will not utlize their spa services again. However, I am faithful for hair services. Hands down the best to offer in the area.

Diana is awesome!!! After searching for a great stylist for over 3yrs, I can confidently say that I have finally found one! Diana is so warm and inviting, and really took time with the consult. I let her basically do whatever she wanted with the cut and she gave me a style that I absolutely LOVE!!! I’m totally stoked with the outcome, and I’m really looking forward to my next visit :D

She excels at both styling and coloring, and knew exactly how to help me grow out a pixie cut. Dawn also does an amazing job cutting my husbands hair! Living Social had 30 minute massages for $ 20 advertised for Visage Salon in Bel Air, Maryland (
). Considering how close I live to this salon, I was not sure how I could turn this deal down. Living Social (
) is a great website for being introduced to new places whether its a salon, restaurant, or store at a good price. I scheduled my massage for Friday afternoon with Angela. She is currently there only massage therapist. I showed up a few minutes early and filled out the intake form. I thought it was a little strange that Visage asked if you were comfortable having your abs, pecs, and/​or gluts massaged.
Visage has a cute, warm, waiting area. My massage therapist came down to greet me and walked me upstairs to the room. It was quite standard with quiet relaxing music in the background. 30 minutes is not long enough for a full body massage, so I let Angela know what I wanted her to work on. I like that they use lotion for massages rather than oil. I did not feel like I had to immediately run home and shower. I also did not have that residual greasy feeling.
Overall, the spa décor was mediocre. The prices are in line with most other spas. If you are paying full price for a massage, I think the spa should really be warm, inviting, and relaxing. I did not get this overall feeling from Visage. If they were to run another special, I would come back for a longer massage, thirty minutes is a tease.
