I went to this place after reading the reviews on Unilocal,and I must say I loved it. The food is very good but above all the service is outstanding. They try to accommodate your request and are very friendly. I loved it all, the food, the service. … I will be going back.

My boyfriend and I came here for the first time the other day and it was delicious! Ohhh let’s not talk about costumer service! It was excellent! We both loved it, then I took my brother and he loved it as well! Thanks Ali for your outstanding costumer service !:)

On my 1^st visit, I ordered the Chicken Zinger Wrap and some falafels. The Chicken Zinger was delicious. They included a spicy light brown/​orange sauce… made the wrap even better. The falafels had a really great crunchy texture. Overall, a great lunch. The owner was nice enough to give my friend and I a free canned soda. Will definitely recommend this place and return to try the other items on the menu.

Really good food. My wife and i had the chicken kabob platter and it was bomb. I would highly recommend this to my friends.

I visited souther California (Los Angeles and San Diego) for 7 days and this was the best restaurant I went to!
When I entered I saw a lunch rush. I saw the menu and wanted to try everything. Luckily I was with my family so we each ordered something and shared. The owner Ali was so nice and helped us ordering a good amount of food and making sure we try the best stuff.
The Carne Asaada fries were something I never tried before! All those delicious toppings but the fries were still crispy! I also really enjoyed the zinger wrap and shawarma and tacos. They did a good job of grilling the tortilla so it never got soggy or messy. The burrito was okay. Ali also told us the drinks were on him!
While we were there we also saw how the fresh meat is bought every day. I would definitely trust these guys. 5 stars.

Working in Vernon, sometimes you REALLLLLLY need to search and search to find something outside of burger, fries, and burritos. Today, it was Middle Eastern food! My co-​worker and I came by Fatimas and am very happy I did! We walked in and I hate to say it, we got a bit confused cause when you walk in, to the left, you have seating for the restaurant side, and to the right its their market/​meats, but the man working there was so nice! He told us that the menu was on the other side, and they came by and asked us what we’d like to eat. We both got a Falafel plate which tasted wonderful! It comes with rice, hummus, and tabouleh. The hummus is straight middle eastern home made style, which is awesome! The tabouleh was really good as well. The Falafel was awesome! The rice was so so…
They were also soooo nice, they brought out some Mamoul on the house (if thats how you spell it???). My mom makes all this stuff at home, and I’ll tell you all that this place makes their food legit home made middle east style! Its all fresh, its all good, and most of all, I believe its all healthy!
The service was excellent also! They came by and asked us how we heard about them ( Unilocal of course! lol), and they checked on us to make sure everything was good.

First to provide context, I am a Detroit native whose metro area holds the largest Lebanese and Middle Eastern populations outside of that part of the globe. And I grew up with Lebanese Uncles and cousins. This place takes me home and the food is what I would eat every holiday family meal. The owner is a true good soul whose passion for his family’s food is held in true regard. We tried the Raw kibbee «Dearborn» style it took me home. One of the best I have ever had the pleasure eating. The falafel is also true home and is crispy and lite and yummy. The humus is out of this world. Ask for the cooked beef on top. LA if you want to eat true Middle Eastern Lebanese master pieces this is the place. The meat market offers true halal meats.

I came here on a whim, because I am all about supporting small businesses and honestly, everything around was just another chipotle or TGIF (I am not from this area so I have no idea where the bomb stuff is). This place had 200+ reviews and 5 stars?! Of course I had to come check it out. Right off the bat, it was a little confusing because I expected more of a restaurant vs. a market with a eating area. Still, the customer service was awesome, the food was great; this place was like the American dream incarnate. We even got some meat from the market afterwards to further support this place because we liked it so much. Even though the guy is a Yankee fan!!!
I got the mixed shwarma plate (bomb). They come with these 3 different sauces (all bomb and one was super habineroey and bomb). Free soda with Unilocal check ins.

So, what can I say? Other than Fatima’s Halal in Bell is a sweet treat indeed. Its what most people would call the proverbial jem, since its tucked away in a building– but not at all hard to find.
My experience with the customer service and food was flawless. It honestly couldnt have been a better experience. My boyfriend and I bike for transportation, so it was a pleasant surprise when a worker came out and graciously offered to put our bikes inside. Those are what I call points, my friend. Solid customer service points. Above and beyond for the customer indeed. But even if he’d never offered, I’d still think this place is great.
Its smallish inside, but the art, gags, and pictures on the walls are eye candy; what they lack in space, they make up in visual substance.
And the food. It was fresh, warm, light and tasty. I couldn’t find anything to dispute the tastiness of The Shawarma mix platter and falafel. It was honestly a well rounded meal that I and my better half genuinely enjoyed.
So if you like mediterranean food and you’re in the mood, go to Fatima’s. I’m positive you won’t regret it. Peace!

Great service, Great food… Yes please! Honestly the food speaks for itself but This place is awesome! The service is top notch. Ali was so helpful and provided exceptional service. He found out that we are Halal eaters and even suggested other halal restaurants in the area to us, which I’ve never seen any restaurant do. He’s very personable and humble. The food was on point, portion size was generous and everything is very very reasonably priced. Quality of meat is exceptional. Here’s what we ordered (some of it was to go)
— philly cheese steak which was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had.
— tacos since it was Taco Tuesday. Again delicious and they use a specialty house sauce instead of salsa. I was hesitant at first but It was very good! I even asked for some to go which Ali was very generous with and gave to us free of charge.
— Shawarma combo wrap was delicious and both meats were very juicy
— We got the zinger wrap for the kids and they devoured it.
— Carne asada fries– delicious!

I received excellent service here. That added a little flavor to my food even though it’s already delish.
I got a sharwama wrap which was freshly made. The spicy sauce definitely gave a little kick to it too. Exceeds the quality compared to the Halal Guy. Meat was a bit chewy, but it’s prolly beef.
Overall, great food and great service!

Ali is awesome. It was our first time here, and we came in 6 minutes after the last call, (5:06) and he accommodated us and took our order. While we waited for the food, Ali introduced us to all the meat choices and of course we just can’t resist the fresh halal meat product and bought some home. We are going to enjoy the delicious carne asana fries, chicken shawarma, and kabob pita!

Wow, this place is yummy for the tummy! Very tasty food. I had the opportunity to eat here today.

This place is awesome. Everything is halal. Got three asada tacos and a chicken shawarma. Tacos were only 99 cents each on taco tuesday. Everything tasted good and i will def be back. The owner was also friendly and takes care of his customers.

First time here, got the garlic shrimp fries which were delicious ! The owner gave me a free coke for being a first timer and gave me one dollar off my check, I really appreciated that. Wait time for my food was around 15 mins but it was totally worth the time again this is not fast food you want fast food go to mc Donald’s !

100% satisfied with my meal. I got the Shawarma Mix Bow (Chicken and Beef for $ 14) which was SO worth it! It was so good that I ordered one to go after my meal, hahaha! And my boyfriend ordered the Francisco Chicken Sub ($ 7.49). The portions are generous and very filling.
Overall, you need to try this place! Super delicious and cheap!

First time here and im a set customer. I havent had good shawarma in a while since I moved here so its been a minute. I was Unilocaling around to see whats good in the area before picking my oldest up from school and stumbled on this place. Called in since Im not sure how busy it may be and placed my order. The place isnt too big but it isnt too small either. Limited seating if this place gets crowded but not too bad if its not. Walked in and its like a little market inside. You have some groceries, canned food, cookies snacks desserts etc. And then you have a glass case with all their meats there. It wasnt too busy so the wait wasnt long (it only took me 5 minutes to get here). The guy said since I was a first time customer, first drink was on the house. Awesome! Since Im juicing at home I decided to get my little girl something. But since my little girl got a juice with a hello kitty topper. i cant pick up my oldest daughter and not have one for her so i purchased a repunzil juice bottle.
Took it to go obviously. Came home and unwrapped the goodness. It wasnt as garlicy as I hoped it to be but the sauce they included… wow. That kicker had a hint of spice and lemon? Whatever it was. it was good. Totally worth coming back for more. Texted my husband about this place (hes at work) and hes jealous. Found their instagram page and I already want to order more. Ill definitely come back. My beef shawarma pita wrap was DELICIOUS. The service just tops it. Really nice people working here. who wouldnt want to come back?

Honestly, I can’t really say much about this place except for: amazing. I’ve been coming here every Friday for my lunch past few months and the food is bomb. Always grabbing the mixed shawarma wrap. The spicy sauce they give you on the side is the best if you like the heat. The wrap is just super flavorful. Tastes fresh all the time.
The owners are especially nice, they got my order finished a lot faster even when they had a 45 minute wait on food. So their customer service is on point.

I finally got to hit this place up. I grew up next door in BG, and I’ve had this place in my radar. Really bummed it took me this long. Food is excellent, fresh and made to order. The customer service is excellent as well. I had the kafta player and my mom had the beef. Shwarma. We were both happy campers. They also have tacos, burritos and asada fries!
The small market section is great. Good to know when I have no idea where to buy labneh, grape leaves, or Turkish coffee.
Looking forward to coming back.

One Sunday morning we went looking for something different and had the joy of finding Fatima’s! Very friendly service and the food was absolutely on point! It was so good, we actually ordered more food to go! We are definitely adding it to our regular rotation!

Last week I ordered couple shawarma wraps for some of my team members, they absolutely were drooling for more! This time around I ordered 12 Beef shawarma wraps for my team and they were all beyond satisfied with the taste and flavor! On top of that Ali (the owner) was kind enough to include a free order of fries with a personable message which I thought was very kind and funny. Thanks Ali!

Fatima’s Meat Market is really a place to rave about! I decided to give it a try after seeing all the great reviews on Unilocal and it didn’t disappoint.
I tried the beef shawarma and it was absolutely delicious. The shawarma was bursting in flavors and the beef was so tender. Not only was the food great but the service was phenomenal. Nothing makes a customer want to go back like great service. I definitely recommend this location!

This place was absolutely delicious! I had the mixed shawarma wrap, mixed macho man burrito and 2 fish tacos (don’t worry, didn’t eat it all myself). The shawarma wrap was so juicy and filled with flavor. The burrito was huge! It also had a nice crunch outside from being on the grill for a bit, and wow was that filling. The fish tacos were delicious as well, nice crunchy fish, tartar sauce and fresh cabbage. The best part of all was the nice customer service, and if course the Unilocal deals. I highly recommend this place! :)

The Asada Fries paired with the Chicken Zinger wrap was the perfect combination. The staff here is friendly and food is fresh and full of flavor. Will definitely come back again with the rest of the Trifecta.

Came here after watching StarWars with the homies. We were hungry because we were too cheap to buy the 20 dollar popcorn and soda. After the movie, I heard about Fatimas from a friend and decided to try it out. Man I’m glad we skipped out on the crappy popcorn at the theatre. Anyway, the place is basically a meat market with a restaurant and its in the same plaza as a carwash so you can eat and get your carwash at the same time. All they are missing is a laundry mat. The dude at the counter was pleased to see us and hooked us up phat because it was our first time. I ate half a chicken zingger and half a beef shawarma. I give it 5 stars guys, the stuff was good. Service is great, they treat you like home. I’d definitely come back.

I had been following @fatimas_meat_market on Instagram for a very long time, and each time they posted a picture I wanted it more and more. I finally got to try it for the first time and it did not disappoint. Food tasted amazing and service was great. Definitely coming back.

I had seen this place before and heard about it from friends so I finally went. I had the chicken Shawarma and it was so delicious! My friends had ordered different plates and it was all so delicious! I plan on coming back to taste the rest of their items.

Came here for lunch with a buddy we both had a Beef Shawarma with a Chipotle Wrap and shared Bacon Fries, I also got 2 Asada tacos. The food was really good I would MosDef come back to try other stuff on the menu.
Not only do they have food, but they are also a meat market.

This was my first time having a shawarma wrap and though I have nothing to compare it to in terms of taste, this was delicious!
You can choose a healthy wrap to go in place of the pita bread so I chose the chipotle wrap which is the wrap of the week. A lot of good flavors coming from this wrap. This meat was perfectly cooked and very juicy. There was also a pickled flavor coming from one of the veggies. Thought it might have been pickled onions but it wasn’t. Either way, it mixed well with all the other ingredients.
Now for the bacon fries which were awesome. Not sure what the sauce was but it was tangy and delicious. All the other toppings played their part in making the dish much more flavorful. I was stuffed but continued to dig into those fries… both me and my friend. Yep, we’re greedy LOL!
This was a great lunch and I’ll be back for more wraps. Looking to try the chicken next visit.

The service is typically great. My favorites were the chicken shawarma and the chicken tacos. I had their asada tacos but did not like them. I’m typically picky about my asada meat and I’ve had better. Nonetheless, this is a cool little spot for some lunch or early dinner. Wish I could come here more often. Their orange salsa (don’t know the name) is also very good and very spicy.

Wow! So many good things to say I don’t even know where to start.
To start we are newbies to this place and didn’t even know where to start. Sooo we took both employees recommendations and ordered the shawarma, one chicken, one beef and an order of «bacon» fries to share.
How can I even begging to express how good our meal was. Both meats very tasty, juicy and tender. Both shawarma’s very flavorful and that hot sauce! Lord have mercy on me with that awesome hot sauce.
The fries where exceptional also. Crispy with the perfect amount of sauce, grilled onions, pico de gallo and «bacon». ** with that hot sauce made it that much yummier.
Now, my rating is not based on customer service, because We are there for the food. But let’s say that they have their customer service skills down to perfection. First impressions and how you make a person feel is remembered and keeps people wanting to come back to you. And that’s exactly what they did. The gentleman that took care of us asked us if we had ever been there. After us saying no, he said «first two rows of the beverages on the fridge are on us» how awesome is that! It’s a .99 cent can of soda, but it made me happy, appreciated and that our business was welcomed there. Last he came to our table and asked how the food was and if we wanted some more hot sauce, he didn’t have to, but he did.
Over all food was much better than what we expected. We left thinking of what we will order next and when exactly we will be coming back. Not many places have had that same reaction from us.

I’ve had a fair share of shawarma in my life from all over SoCal, NorCal, and elsewhere. This is the best shawarma I’ve ever had hands down. This shawarma is like the Rousey of shawarma pre-​Holms. This shawarma is Mike Tyson in the 80s-​mid-​90s. This shawarma is Jordan in his prime. You need this shawarma. Period.

Wow! Fantastic! The food was fantastic, tasty and savory — a complete treat! I had the Beef Shawarma and it was outstanding, even as my first bite the food melted in my mouth. You can tell that it’s fresh and crisp.
The workers and owners were so responsive, providing great service throughout my stay.
There is a reason why these guys have 5 stars, definitely worth visiting.

WOW. Who knew nested inside a small hole in the wall resided the best chicken shawarma I’ve ever eaten. Pita wrapped chicken shawarma with grilled jalapenos and tomatoes with some kind of sauce… I can’t even remember because I literally am day dreaming about it even though I just ate it in the car — it was that good that I had to finish it in the car.
Parking is a little tight and the area could be better, but dam it was good :)
