The worst service in the morning shift. EVERYDAY! The owner needs to get rid of some of his «Managers» or «Shift Leaders». Always with attitude, never greet the customer. They’re always talking about their stuff among them and ignore the customers when they’re ready to order.

A really bad customer service ever!!!
I just got ignored by the employees really bad. Jack is one of my favorite restaurant in the fast food industry but this is the worst one of all next time I’ll think twice…
I order a # 9 combo
The chicken tasted old
And the bun was all burn nasty
My guest order a # 6
The meat was under cook and it look nasty, my guest say that the it taste kind of weird so he stop eating it
Let me say I was ignore for like ten minutes and some customers even walked away cuz they were ignored too… Never been so disappointed

Ok so I’m going to give them a 5 stars for freshness and service Maria team leader and drive thur Mario window amazing team, my order was kinda complicated, took longer than I expected, but Mario works really great under pressure from drive thur, and kept a smile on his face, all the staff here whatever time it is they are all amazing
