I Been Bringing «Moosh Moosh «Since The First Day They Open (Grad Opening) I Honestly Could Say That I’m Very Satisfied With The Service. I Highly Recommend This Place. :))

I trusted them and they cut my dog and told me until after I paid and the groomer said he put some ointment on her wound. It didn’t look bad I thought maybe just a scrape, but after she had a checkup at the vets and she started bleeding all over me and the vet had to stitch her up costing me more money! Then we called him and he said that first time dogs are scared so they shake which I found odd because I’ve been taking her there for a little more over a year so I’m not taking her back there.!!

Sirius just had his first haircut and style and he looks FAB! He looks like a completely different pup. All the staff is super helpful and friendly. Great experience for all the pups. Ronald loves the VIP lounge. Marley and Bonbon don’t even mind getting up early to get their hair done. Gracias Carlos! The pups love you as much as I do!

Great place great service, my dogs look wonderful, smell amazing (like strawberries?!), and overall are great, Definitely coming back soon.

No Stars! Called these clowns up for a quote on my Dog for a hair cut, told the guy 60 pounds & that he WAS very Hairy. He quoted me $ 50-​$ 60 when I arrived he changed his story saying that he thought I wanted a bath & upped the price to $ 100. To top it off they refused our request to not cut too much from paws, tail & head, saying that the cut is all one measurement & cannot be altered. I was like are you guys pros or not?
I hi tailed it outta there with disgust…
These guys are Total amateurs! Avoid at all costs find someone else, these guys do not like doing what they do.

ZERO STARS!!! I have been taking my Dogs to this location for a long time. I trusted them a little too much. When we would bring them in our dogs would cry (which isn’t normal) after we pick them up they would be shaken up. The next day they would smell like wet dog! I found a new place & once I picked them up they they were calm. The groomer informed me that their ears were never cleaned properly their teeth had an inch of gunk & their anal glands were never cleaned! Seriously this place is trash, even if I was offered a years worth of free service I would happily decline!

I honestly think they give sedatives to the dogs, I mean it only makes their job easier. So please don’t take your dog there! I took my dog three times. The first time, when I brought him back home he was acting different he was sleepy, not wanting to eat and vomiting green fluids, The second and third time the same thing happened, so decided to take him elsewhere. He no longer vomits or has a different behavior after visiting the groomers. His awful symptoms were definitely a consequence of taking him to Peluche’s grooming shop.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star, I took my dog to get groomed but when I came to pick her up she wasn’t the same. It was as if they had drugged her. She had dilated pupils, she was shaking, and kept on throwing up. She didn’t want to eat anything and I had to take her to the vet. He told me that they might have giving her a sedative to let her self get groomed. they clipped her nails wrong and she was limping and to top it off I went to talk to the guy in charge of that place and he got mad talking about he wants to see a drug test on my dog. I feel very bad that this happened to my dog and If I would have read the previous reviews on Unilocal I would never had brought my dog here. I most definitely won’t be returning to this place EVER.

I have been to this place a couple of times and they have done a pretty good job. However there were two instances where they were really bad with service. The last time I took her for a haircut they told me that they would only have her there for an 1.5 hours. Five hours passed and I would call them asking them if my puppy was ready. They kept telling me that she will be ready soon. If they did not have time for my dog they could have just said so and I would have taken her another day. Poor dog was shaking when I picked her up and extremely thirsty. They could have a t least given her a little food and water while she waited all day for her hair cut.

I’ve been coming here for some time now and my dogs always come out looking and smelling great! I recently took my two boys and they came out looking soooo good! The best part is they are kind to my dogs and they have good customer service, the owner calls me to give me updates on how soon they will be ready! I had not taken my German Shepard before out if fear that my big boy may be too aggressive, but when I arrived they knew how to handle him and he was a big baby with them! He came out looking and smelling amazing! I love that they are family owned and operated and all of the staff is sooooo nice to me my family and my dogs. I will be visiting them again in a few weeks! My puppy’s come out happy from here, unlike other places I’ve taken them. Great job have to give it to them. Than you guys sooooooo much:)

My family and I used to be loyal customers to peluches groom shop. We used to take our dog chikis there for her bi weekly groom. We would take chikis with Carlos because he was the best groomer there. Till recently we were so dissapointed that one of the groomers at peluches did not just cut chikis hair but ended up cutting her all over her stomach. They weren’t careful what so ever. When we took chikis home we didn’t seem to notice because it was in her stomach but then we realized she wasn’t acting the same and when my sister was picking her up she started to cry that’s when we noticed chikis had a big cut in her stomach. The groomer at peluches didn’t even bother to mention that he hurt her. I mean he said he didn’t notice but I mean it was a big cut it was nothing little she must have cried. The worst part is her cut opened up and we had to have our poor dog get stitches in her stomach all because the groomer wasn’t careful or honest. I will never return to peluches.

I have been to this grooming establishment a handful of times for over a year and its cool. They charge me $ 45 (bathe, cut his hair & nails; not quite sure if they do something else). At first they would get on my last nerves because they would say he would be ready in two hours and I would get my dog back 4 – 6 hours later. But I keep coming because of the price so I’ve made myself get use to it. Today was the first time to ever get my dog two hours after leaving him & thats because he was the first client of the day!!! Now I know:) I recomend this place.. .

Took my mini long hair dachshund for a wash/​trim And flea dip. All this was done in less than 30 min. They left knots under her ears and she didn’t get a flea dip. They have a sign saying you can’t wait for your pet — you have to wait elsewhere. which is weird and rude… Won’t be going back and don’t recommend this place.

I stumbled upon this place after bad service at another pet grooming place. I called different groomers around my area and no one would take me in without an appointment. It was my only day off and my doggy really needed to be groomed. I called Peluche’s groom and thankfully they had availability.
When I first arrived they greeted me and were very friendly. He took my dog in right away and told me to pick him up in 2 hrs.
2 and a half hrs later I arrived and they were still finishing him up.
Overall I had a great experience here. They gave my dog a bath, cut his hair, brushed his teeth, trimmed his nails, and he even cut the hair inside of his ears (advised me that hair inside the ears are prone to infection). The price was $ 45 (not too bad).
Only down side is the wait time, and they only accept cash.
I will definetly go back for his next grooming!

They answered my call and when I took her in she was nervous but calm. They said it would take an hour but it actually took 4. Which was the only bad thing. But it was worth it! My puppy looks beautiful! She even got a little bow on top of her head! :)

I took my little princess there today and I am very pleased. The people there are very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be bringing my baby here. She got her hair evened out, nails clipped, teeth cleaned, and bathed all for a very reasonable price! I definitely reccomend this place!

I have to take my comments about the place. I had an incident with this groomer and the owner. My dog had a nick underneath her left eye. The nick is due to shaving my dog without cleaning any eye boogers. I let it go but I made the owner aware. Another time, her eyes was red and puffy and she was nick again. I gave this place several attempts to clean up their act. I do believe that accident happens but not repeatedly. Carlos the owner promised to be the one grooming her. In my opinion, they did not render the services that I was paying for and expensive due to the vet bill I had to pay for my dogs exam, treatment and lost wages. Incidents like this makes me think that maybe going to petco is safer.

Since 5÷31÷13 I still have not received any comments regarding my past visit or even trying to resolve this issue to keep a customer. I asked if you would like to meet to see the receipt and Peluches did not reach out. Most establishments would like to make things right to keep their customers happy.

I just took my first puppy to get groomed here yesterday, I found this place in the web and took him there. My puppy smelled very good, they trimmed his nails, brushed his teeth and gave him to me with a cute little navy blue bandana. They only charged me $ 35.00 — they charge $ 45.00 if you want a haircut on your dog.
The owner is very friendly and let me know about the vet coming in at the end of the month so I can take my puppy for vaccinations.
I am definitely coming back to this place again!
