Superior Battery

Ricardo is awesome! I’ve been coming here for years and he is always so helpful! I also had curosion on my terminal and they replaced them like nothing for $ 7 ! & once I came with my old battery and he gave me credit for a brand new one! Highly recommend this place, don’t give ur $$ to the big guys (auto zone /O’Reilly) when you can come here and get great service and awesome prices!

Went to get a rack and pinion. Screwed me over. Can’t believe. They will sell you a defective item and still argue, but i guess that’s business now and days?
I wish i had seen these reviews before I went in there.

Bought a battery from these guys with a warranty. In the middle of a move, the battery crapped out being less then 2 years old, took it back to the shop, and they tested it and told me it wasn’t the battery. They said they don’t keep records of their warranties so they wouldn’t honor it. After having the battery checked at two other places, and the battery beginning to boil and even expand, we had it replaced at another shop… Never going again, don’t waste money on a warranty unless you take 12 copies and save it on a hard drive… not at all helpful, lost my repeat business. Go somewhere more reputable with a reliable warranty!

The owner Nick is a incompetent, lying, money hungry piece of junk. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! !!
I ordered a radiator and when I came in to have it installed the part was never ordered. The owner made me buy a more expensive radiator bc he said if I bought the cheaper one that he could not garantee the labor to have it reinstalled. I bought the expensive one and 3wks later returned bc the radiator had a serious leak. I asked that he not charge me to refill the radiator fluid since his defective radiator made me spend money to refill it for three weeks not to mention his defective radiator caused me stress and inconvenience in returning to have it replaced and he refused then he kicked me out of his shop. He then told the mechanic to work on two other jobs before starting to replace my radiator. I scheduled with the mechanic to come in at 9am and be the first one to have car fixed and owner was trying to be spiteful by telling the mechanic to make me wait. THEY LOST A LOYAL 1YR CUSTOMER FOR LIFE BC OF A LITTLE $ 10 RADIATOR FLUID.

Do not shop at this place. I went in to purchase a battery… they sold me the wrong one. They said they would get me the correct one the following day at 9am. Went in and no battery. I requested a refund. They declined and said the only thing they could offer was store credit… I need a battery not store credit for merchandise I don’t need. I needed a battery. I just lost $ 120. I need a battery. This place is ridiculous. If you want to get ripped off shop here

We used to only do business with them– but now– no way! They are liars, they said they gave us a new battery– turns out it was used and died the very next day! They just lost our business and everyone we had ever referred!
