PLEASE READ — — BEWARE
I ordered a customized jacket in July of 2015 at a convention and never received it. I have emailed the company several times and been told my jacket will be shipped out in a «week» and they will send a tracking number. I have been patiently waiting and have given them the benefit of the doubt but at this point I am completely fed up and they have ROBBED me of my money. Honestly you should not have to harass a company for services you have paid up front.

Contacted this service in regards to have apparel designed and printed. The units were done quickly with great customer service. We’re based out of New York and prefer to send our business to LA printer because of the quality and speed of the service.

We order our school sweaters with TRUDP every year. We are fully satisfied with the quality of the the printing, embroidery, and sweater. The products last all year and the colors don’t fade. The best part is the pricing because it was reasonable and it didn’t jeopardize quality. We order everything on time so that our graduates can enjoy being on campus with their class sweaters. The end product was exactly what the students wanted. Will continue to order through TRUDP.

I used Tru Designz to have flyers printed for my business. The are fast and efficient. I had my flyers for my business 3 days later. I haven’t used them yet for apparel printing, but next time I need work done I will be sure to try them! The guy who helped me out was Elser, he was very helpful make sure to ask for him.

i contacted Tru Designz & Printing, among other known competitive companies in the Greater Los Angeles area. Upon initial contact, Owner was very knowledgable of printing procedures and what material needed for great quality product. Owner and I circled back and forth multiple times to assure my company was completely satisfied with i.e. product, logo color, print location.
Because we produce such a prestigious show, he advised me that my Rushed Due-​date would be quite a hurdle. As Owner admitted to having multiple high volume production projects going on at once.
At the end of it all, we got the best rate in town, quality t-​shirts.
As i’ve read all reviews: My #1 advice is to plan ahead! Give them the time that will allow them to provide you with quality products.

I’ve been using their service for years whether flyers shirts or banners. The work has always been very sharp actually great the only problem I’ve ever had was there inconsistency with time on delivery but I might add that this year they have been on time with all my orders.

If you need to have t-​shirts made in a timely, professional manner:
DO NOT USE TRU DESIGNZ.
I run a small school in South Central Los Angeles. We contacted TRU Designz to print our graduation shirts on March 4, 2013. When asked about the turn-​around time, Elser Arroyo stated that it would take no longer than 10 business days (two weeks). When two weeks had passed I called Elser and emailed him to check on the status of the shirts. He gave me a new date, about a week later, and apologized. Okay, I can live with that.
The new date came. I called Elser again. This time he didn’t answer his phone or return my phone calls… for days. When TRU Designz finally returned my messages, Elser apologized again and gave another date. This cycle repeated for weeks. We didn’t receive our T-​shirts until 6 WEEKS LATER. Yes that’s right, 6 WEEKS!!! From the time of first contact our shirts took eight weeks to deliver, not two.
I felt bad for the students. They are the ones who ultimately pay for the shirts. Due to the negligence or Mr. Arroyo they only get to wear their shirts for about a month before the end of the school year.
Despite the poor professionalism and timing, students and faculty saw the shirt and urged me to ask for a reorder. I thought this would be a chance for Mr. Arroyo to redeem himself. Who knows? Perhaps it was just a series of unfortunate events that led to such astronomical delays.
No such luck. After initially calling and messaging TRU Designz multiple times, it took three to four days for Elser to respond. He guaranteed that he could deliver the shirts in 3 – 5 business days via text and email. He also stated that cash would be okay. I spent days collecting money and getting the order together.
I gave him the order on Friday, March 10, 2013 at 11 am. He reassured me that it would be no problem to have the shirts by the following Friday, in time for a Saturday field trip. On Thursday, March 16^th I called to inquire about a delivery time… no response. I called again in the evening… no response. I called again March 17^th the day he was supposed to deliver the shirts… again no response.
TRU Designz is not true, but FALSE!!! They have broken their word multiple times and have proven themselves to be completely unreliable. A professional business would at least let you know if they cannot meet their deadlines, not ignore you. Now I have more disappointed students and faculty who will not receive their shirts as promised.
