I had this unique pizza as kid visiting my Grandparents in Bellaire, and was happy to find that it still exists, and that the pie is the same. It is served by the large square with a smooth Mozzarella cheese, and a large pepperoni. It is bakes quickly to brown the bottom, then immediately served.
This is a very different pizza than the modern usual fare, but I would recommend you try it.

In previous trips to the Ohio Valley, this particular pizza shop was very popular with our family. However, on the last trip there, my 2 kids were totally disappointed with the quantity of cheese. Last trip (7⁄25), there was hardly any cheese on it. In fact, we could count the individual pieces of cheese on each slice. Totally disappointed. Might give them another chance but not sure right now.
Went back a week later and told them that we were unhappy with previous week’s order. They remedied this order by putting extra cheese on the pizza slices. Kids loved it with more cheese.
