Scott Barrett, the Firm’s founding principal, is an attorney and MBA who possesses the skill to achieve the optimal balance between the businessman who thinks like an attorney and the attorney who thinks like a businessman. Relying on his 20 plus years of executive management experience, Scott understands the needs of the business owner and individuals.

Scott A. Barrett is the founder and Managing Principal of S. Barrett & Associates, P.C. Scott is admitted to practice law in the states of Texas and Nebraska as well as in all four Federal Districts in Texas and the Nebraska District. Scott graduated on the Dean’s List from Washington University with his Juris Doctorate (JD). Prior to entering law school, Scott earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in International Business from the University of St. Thomas’ Cameron School of Business. As a native Houstonian, Scott attended the University of Houston where he earned his Bachelors of Science (BS) in Finance.

Scott possesses the unique ability to recognize, develop and define goals and strategies and to ensure that the proper actions are implemented to achieve and surpass the objectives at hand. He consistently brings new insights and perspectives to situations and challenges, all the while striving to develop the best insight and solutions.
