Established in 2002.

Created in 2002, 3twenty9 Design didn’t get to full steam until 2008. Since then, we’ve worked with small businesses across Pennsylvania to build their online presence.

Troy W.

Business Owner

Troy is a 2002 graduate of Penn College of Technology and returned to Central PA to start his business shortly after graduating. He has worked across a variety of graphic mediums, but is happy to call web design and development his prime focus.
