Mohammad is a restaurateur who began his ambitious dream to serve delicious barbecue grilled meats straight off of natural wood charcoals to your plate in Philadelphia, PA in 2001. He believed then, and does today, that out meats should be immersed with the juicy flavors of South Asia, filled with the spices and herbs that you would find in any authentic restaurant in India or Pakistan. Finding success in his business he and his partners have now set out to bring this amazing cuisine to the streets of New York City!
