Staffs are awesome. They always work to accommodate with my work schedule. The doctors are pleasant and have awesome bedside manners. So are the nurses.

Dr. Santo B. Basileo had me come in after they botched my blood work. They then asked me to try this device, that device, and seemed to find reasons to why I needed more tests (mind you I just went in for a damn physical!) they basically ran up my bill more than my insurance company could cover. Second they had my name wrong so I had to wait a few months to even get my insurance company to accept their paperwork, eventually my insurance company accepted the paperwork with my name spelt right and reduced the bill to $ 677 for an annual visit!!! All because this Dr. had me run tests I never asked for nor needed.

Staff are always friendly and helpful from receptionist to nurses. Dr lie and Christine are the best doctors here I feel they really listen to u and help find alternative treatments if u don’t have enough for prescriptions. I gave it 4 stars because Tho doc bascelio is friendly but I feel he doesn’t listen to you. So I got a sec option with Dr Christine. Wait time is ridiculous clear out at least 4hours of your day if u make any appointment after 12. Smh no Bueno
