4 stars alone for two dollar eyebrow threading! Really doesn’t get any cheaper than that! I was shocked at the low prices considering I have paid up to 10 – 12 dollars for similar eyebrow threading. But there are a lot of indian salons in the area, so the competition probably drives the prices lower. Every time I have come here to get my eyebrows done, I never had to wait, and they always do a quick job. It isn’t the best eyebrow threading or service, but for the price-it’ll do!

4 stars ONLY because of RUPA! She’s the only person there I trust with my wax and eyebrows. I make sure to call before heading over there because I refuse to have someone else there do my eyebrows or wax. Once I had another employee there give me a wax and it was horrible. The worst experience EVER. The other employees reuse the same stick and wax which is disgusting.

I’ve been getting my eyebrows done since I was 14, and this has to be the single worst salon I’ve been to in my entire life. The service here is the most awful I’ve ever experienced. They honestly deserve no stars. I used to go here out of convenience, when I needed something done close to home and for cheap. You get what you pay for! 3 or 4 different women have done my brows, and not one of them have ever listened. I try to be as clear as possible on how I want them done: just a clean-up. Before I even finish talking, the women will cut me off and point to tell me to get in the chair or give no indication whatsoever that they were listening. Despite this, I’ve come back and asked for somebody else, only to get the same attitude and then walk away with thin, disproportionate brows. There have been times I’ve walked away with actual skin tears that form into scars from how haphazardly and painfully they thread brows. Again, although it’s dirt cheap, none of the other services are worth it either. Spend a little extra and go somewhere, anywhere else. I got waxed here, and they double dip and apply burning hot wax onto you without ever asking if you are comfortable. The cherry on top was when I was dragged back here to get henna done for an event. They repeatedly told us it was $ 5 per side, both the person who I went with and I got one side of each hand done. Not only did it come out looking bad(because they did NOT listen to what we wanted), they also used black henna, which burns skin. Then – and this is the best part – they charged us double after it was done. It was $ 40 in total for extremely poorly done, chemical hazard henna, and they gave no explanation for why THEYLIEDABOUTPRICING/SPIKED ITUPAFTERDOING A CRAPPYJOB. And then they gave us attitude, as you will. I am not a mean-spirited person. I always tip well, even for the horrible women who work here. But this place should not still be running. Do NOT go here.
