Bill W.
Business Owner
Bill, owner of A&H Floors, has over 20 years of flooring experience working with homeowners and contractors. After serving in the U.S. Air Force on active duty, he continued to serve his country and community. He joined the Missouri Air National Guard and achieved the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. Bill also served on the Home Builders Association, Boards of Directors and other community organizations. While serving in the National Guard, he went on to spend nearly two decades in sales and management. Bill learned the flooring business from the bottom up. First, he was hired as a delivery driver and then an installer. He was promoted from installer to job foreman, and finally, to sales and management. He learned that success was not only achieved through hard work but also, by ensuring every customer and employee is treated with respect.
