Gamestop

Nice GameStop. Not a huge store but not small either. They had a good selection of new/​used games and were eager to help my son find the games he wanted.

Pros:
1. Conveniently located
2. My face-​to-​face encounter proves that the people working there are friendly and knowledgeable.
Cons:
1. Prices are a bit high (this problem is not specific to this store but to the entire company). For instance, Fable III used is only about $ 5 – 10 cheaper at GS than a brand new one at Target.
2. They don’t answer the phone. I’ll call when they first open and even 15 minutes after and even an hour answer and the phone rings ad nauseum.
All in all, I like the people who work there as they’re friendly. However, when making a purchase decision, I won’t use GS unless they’re the only one who had an item in the region and when other factors don’t matter. Also, if you want to check if they have something without driving there to find out, you may be disappointed to learn that they don’t always answer the phone during business hours.
