History

Established in 2015.

Hipskind & McAninch, LLC was formed by two local attorneys with a decade of experience working for some of St. Louis’ preeminent defense firms. When you hire us, you are not only getting experienced attorneys on your side, you are gaining local representation with deep ties to the area. More than that, you are joining a legal family. We do more than pay «lip service» to the idea of a family firm. Our family values guide our law practice. We understand that litigation is generally a difficult process, that is why we are here for you. Meet the Business Owner

Brady M.

Business Owner

Brady was born in Alton, Illinois, and has lived in the St. Louis metropolitan area most of his life. He currently resides in St. Louis City with his partner Ashley and their three-​year-​old son Micah.

Brady graduated magna cum laude from Southern Illinois University School of Law where he served as the articles editor for the law journal and as Taylor Mattis Fellow to help mentor fellow students.

After law school, Brady went to work as a defense attorney for some of St. Louis’ preeminent civil litigation firms. During this time, Brady litigated numerous cases and was responsible for managing litigation on behalf of a Fortune 100 Company in both Illinois and Missouri.

As a founding member of Hipskind & McAninch, Brady focuses his practice on representing individuals involved in business disputes, those injured by the acts of others, family law matters, and criminal defense cases.
