Years back this was a very terrific body shop with reliable, hardworking workers. Over the past several years this establishment has completely gone down the drain. The estimates are pathetic, the workers are sluggish, and the final project is mediocre at best. The new management is really what struck a blow to this business. It is a shame. I would never recommend taking a vehicle here to my worst enemy. You can tell they’ve sold out reliability, efficiency, and craftsmanship to hire young, inexperienced body men to save a few extra $‘s for themselves to pocket. I would rather take my vehicle to Collision +, which isn’t very efficient either, but bottom line is Hoernis Auto Body is NOTHING like it was years ago.

Hit a deer 2 years ago and they were strong advocates for me with my insurance company. Good communication and good service, and was pleased with the repair.
I had my insurance company specifically write the check to me and I was going to put the whole amount on a credit card, which is totally within my rights. I realize they lose a couple % when I do this, but they thought the check was theirs and acted totally surprised and disappointed when I did not give them the insurance check. In hindsight I understand their point of view, just made for an awkward end of what was otherwise a very good experience.
