one of their drivers hit my car. He refused to accept responsibility for it.

This business is awful. Don’t use them. I’m truly shocked by my experience with them. My air conditioning stopped functioning during a 90+ degree heat wave. I prepaid $ 149. They came out on a friday afternoon and informed me that it was fixed, but when I came home that night it was very hot in my apartment. So they came back the next day and worked on it again for an hour and again informed me it would take hours for the temperature to return to normal, so I went out and came back later that night and it still was not fixed. The next day was Sunday and 97 degrees and they refused to come out, and instead told me they would call me the next day to suggest repairs. They didn’t call the next day so I called them. They then informed me they had to take my unit to their shop to study it and bring it back later in the week.
That afternnoon my father came to the apartment and simply changed the batteries in the thermostat and the AC worked again. I explained this to ICS and they refused to refund my money.
When I disputed the charge with the credit card company ICS then invoiced me for over $ 500 for their failed visits.
