I was helped by a man(unfortunately I did not get his name) who was on his iPad doing unrelated things the entire time he was helping me. He seemed to be filling out a survey of some kind. Either way, it took him an extremely long time to answer anything I asked because he had to take time in between his words to do something on his iPad. I felt like I was an inconvenience and wasting his time. It was very disrespectful.

Worst customer service ever. Stood in line for ten minutes. Then I’m up next and ask to pay a bill because they don’t have a machine and I have cash. The associate assumes I’m paying on a prepaid bill? No I have an iPhone 5s and I’m paying a normal rotating bill. Oh okay so it’s a one dollar fee if you pay cash? K take two dollars one for you and one for the fee. RUDE and I will pay online forever from this day forward.

Long story short… I got a new iPhone from AT&T sent direct. I took it into the store and Justin the store manager activated my new iPhone, switched my service on my number correctly, transferred all of contacts, helped me choose the perfect case for me and my use, applied the screen saver, and got me a car charger… all at no charge even though it exceeded a store credit(another story) that I had… and he had not sold me the phone! Special props to Justin for his skill, patience, knowledge, and for making the whole process seamless and for sending this old man happily out into high tech world with a better sword! I have and continue to recommend this AT&T store and Justin to all. Good luck to the new girl :)

I have been to this store a handful of times. I have always found the staff to be helpful and professional. I have worked with Justin a few times. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and I have never felt like I was being ‘sold’ on anything. He helped me replace my phone under the damaged phone program through AT&T. He also helped me a few months later when I got a new phone(from another store) and needed help with the SIM. Hours are convenient, parking is easy. Location can be hard to get to if you are coming from the wrong direction on factoria blvd.

This place is a joke. After my iPhone was mysteriously ‘corrupted’ yesterday while in the midst of running errands(Apple store guy speak for: inexplicably turns off and never ever turns on again, even fully charged) I stopped here to see what they could tell me about my phone(this was before I made it to the Apple store). Mind you I was in full panic mode as I essentially had no internet connection, gps, or(oh yeah) telephone and was miles away from home. Was so happy to find this place, pulled up and… THEYWERECLOSED. In the middle of Saturday afternoon. But wait it gets better. The sign in the window clearly read OPEN but once you got to the door there was a POST-IT reading«Be back at 2:30». ARE. YOU. SERIOUS. That is no way to conduct business my friend. Stop wasting prime Cracktoria real-estate space.
