We are regulars of this service and we could not be happier!
We get the same driver every time we call (without requesting), he sees our names and he changes his schedule around to drive us. Not to mention he is a great driver and such a friendly person!
The cars are very clean and comfy. We have used their services for airport runs and all the way to Canada to catch a cruise. I will continue to use their services!

We arranged a ride to the airport last week and it was a very bad experience. First, driver was supposed to bring two car seats and he brought one regular one and one for an infant. Of course we could not use one of them but he insisted on charging us for that one as well.
Most horrible part was that driver was texting all the time in the 30 minute ride to the airport. This is beyond anything else so if you are looking for a safe and professional service, please go and find something else. And on top of that, charge was more than most similar services. He charged us $ 80 from Kirkland to the airport!

I desperately needed a ride home after my car broke down after hours. I first called and left a voicemail, then went to their website and made a reservation for 12:45am a little less then 45 minutes from the time I made the reservation. I received a confirmation email as well. So, with my luck 12:45 comes, nothing, 1am nothing. I again called the office left another email. Ended up calling eastside for hire. Great company. Told me 15 min till pick up was there in less then 10.

Perfection! I hired a town car for a trip to the airport last month.
I made my reservation online at the last minute on a holiday so I feared that they wouldn’t be able to find a driver in time or something would go wrong with communication. But I got a call from them right away to confirm, so that gave me hope.
Sure enough, the driver arrived just a few moments early for good measure. The car was clean, comfortable, elegant, and in good condition. My driver was the right blend of charming, polite, and professional. He drove confidently and safely.
To me, town car services can feel like taxi rides or more like limo rides. Bellevue Town Car and Limo is definitely on the limo side of things. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

I need to catch my flight on the early morning of Nov 4th 2012. I requested a taxi from Bellevue Town Car and Limo on the 3rd of Nov afternoon, and told them i need a taxi from my home at Bellevue to SEA at 5am on the Nov 4th 2012. since I have to arrive at SEA by 6am to catch my flight, I asked them if I didn’t see the taxi by 5am, if there was any phone number i could contact the driver. They told me i could dial 206−604−9424 or 888−611−0186. However, on Nov 4th, 2012, there was no show!!! I started to call them since 5am, then 5:05am, then 5:15 am, left several messages. But there was only voice mail, and they never ever returned my call. I had to end up pay much more to get to the airport because I had selected a bad taxi company. Never ever trust this company.

These guys are great! They are always on time, and reasonably priced. I use them all the time for my commute to and from the airport.
These guys also have pretty good drivers, and they really helped me out a few times when it was snowed in, and i couldn’t get around!

Called up to reserve a taxi to the airport and they refused to take my booking until I provided them with a credit card number. I told them that i wasn’t comfortable providing those details, that I’ve never had to do so before, and that if I was refused service because of this that I’d just go with another company. The woman, who was indian and hard to understand in any event, was rude and had no interest in helping me. I went with Eastside For Hire. There taxis might not be as nice, but at least they’d take me to the airpot!
