Cloud 9 in the Newport Hills Shopping Center has Excellent food and a Very nice staff. I once lost my wallet with $ 200 cash and no I.D. A customer turned it in to the staff. They held it for two days until I traced my every step. I like the Hawaiian Burger. Fish & chips are very tasty. The chocolate shakes are the best around. Also, I have got free shakes or burgers three times. Sign up for their reward program. They only email you when you have free food coming.

I work within walking distance of Cloud 9, so I go there about once a week. I am so happy to have this wonderful burger joint in my neighborhood. The food is delicious, fresh, varied, and reasonably priced. They can take a little while to get your order to you, but I think that’s because they are making it fresh(and they are maybe a bit understaffed at times). This is a family-owned business that is doing its best in a shopping center where MANY businesses have quickly died. Cloud 9 is a keeper– I plan to continue frequenting it, and I would encourage anyone to go out of their way to get to this local business with excellent food.

I am a expert burger eater and Cloud 9 is an expert burger maker. Patties are charred and the cheese is properly melted. Topping amounts lean towards too much, but that leaves the decision of what to eat up to you. Fries are lightly salted, again leaving that decision up to you. Shakes are made the old fashioned way and take time to make, my favorite is the root beer shake. Awesome on a hot day. It’s not the fanciest décor, but I like it that way. Keep prices reasonable and invest in amazing ingredients. A very nice family runs it and I love helping out local places vs. any sort of chains. I’ll be back again and again and again!

Delicious, uncomplicated, satisfying, and always yummy. Cloud 9 burgers in Newport Hills is my favourite place to go to grab a quick bite without skimping on quality. Their sweet rain burger is so flavourful with avocado and garlic aoili– I get it every time. Has a seating area and free refills on fountain soda.

It was our first visit and we ordered a classic burger with pretzel bun & a crispy chicken burger with brioche. One of the best burgers we had and the fries were really awesome… The staff are really polite and prompt… Gonna definitely visit again & would recommend it.

The classic burger with pretzel and crispy chicken burger with brioche were really good. The fry sauce paired well with fries. Will definitely go back to try the other burger options n the shakes.

Saw there was a groupon for Cloud 9 so I looked them up on Unilocal and when I saw the reviews, I knew I had to try it. YUM! Will definitely be back. I got the Sweet Rain Burger(bacon, fig jam, avocado, and the usual burger toppings). My boyfriend got the Picnic Burger(fried egg, ham on the burger). We also ordered sweet potato fries to share. SO good! Would get the same again. They even have a little fridge filled with sauces for you to have with your side, like FRYSAUCE, honey mustard, ketchup, etc… Love this small business and the staff was super friendly!

First off– great service! Something about the burgers reminded me of my childhood in a really good way. I’ll be back to have the picnic burger again. Onion rings were outstanding, as were the prices. While you are there, marvel at the neighborhood strip mall that time forgot– charming in its own way!

I don’t know why it took us so long to finally eat here, seeing as we live a short 5 minute walk from this place, but we sure are glad we finally came! I’m a huge burger fan, and I absolutely loved the sweet rain burger that I ordered(ordered it as a double burger). it was super packed with flavour and tasted so fresh! the cashier was also really friendly and inviting, and that’s always a huge plus for me. it’s a small burger joint with some outside seating, and it truly has a great relaxing vibe to it. if you want a damn good burger, come here!

This burger joint brings back 90 feels. Located in a town which seems to be practically empty with designs that are below average. Their food was pretty amazing though. My friend got the rain city burger(he exclaimed it was one of the best burgers ever) and I got the mushroom Swiss burger. The meat was cooked perfectly and the layering of everything was perfect. Secret sauce was good too. We also got the fried mushrooms that weren’t so great, too much batter around it which made the mushroom super small instead. The large fries were pretty big, had to take it home. It was your average fries though. I would honestly recommend just getting a burger as the portions are humongous.

The burger here is bomb. The price is not as bad but the burger is huge! Its like a food truck burger but in store, and better. The burger is adding a little wild to it. There are many sauces. Great place for a quick meal!

This place has a real welcoming small town feel to it. I was scouting a area for an event and we ended up literally across the street from here! My weakness are burger joints like these so naturally I took the plunge, staff are very welcoming! The menu is decently sized and they have a lot of variety, there are also I’ve cream options here but I can’t vouch for that… Looked delicious though. My buddy ordered just a plain burger since he’s picky and I opted for the bacon cheeseburger with no lettuce and pickles. Also substituted fries for mac&cheese bites. Don’t order large side portions since the small is more than enough to satisfy! The bites were decent! Pretty sure I had the same ones at another joint but these were cooked nicely and not too oily so I enjoyed them. We also waited around 10 minutes for the food which is always a good sign for me at a burger joint. This place seems to be pretty popular and even has some history with cars that I’ll probe into later. My burger was solid, the patties were pretty thin and a little less than what I was expecting but to make up for size they dumped a few on and honestly I thoroughly enjoyed my burger. There ended up being pickles on it so they only removed 1 out of 2. For me it’s no biggie I just ate my burger but for someone with dietary restrictions I would double check when they take your order or just open your burger yourself. I’ll be back and I’m going to try out much more on their menu.

Hidden in a strip mall is a very unassuming little burger place! I got the Sweet Rain w/Pretzel Bun(pretty sweet but tasty) and the Picnic w/Wheat Bun(solid). They’re both good but the location is hard to get to so it’s not a place I would go out of my way to go get.

I ordered from here through Door Dash. I was very excited to order from here as when I checked out the reviews they were so high. Unfortunately, I have not had the same experience as everyone else. The food was nothing like what I would expect. There was no flavor to the food what so ever, everything very bland. I was very disappointed when tasting the Mac&Cheese bites. The Mac&Cheese used had to be made from a box(had to be Kraft). There was not any dipping sauces that came with the food, just 4 napkins. Very disappointed in this as well. I will most likely will not order or even visit Cloud 9 again.

One word to describe this place… WOW! The sweet rain burger I was hesitant to try but believe me the fig and garlic aoli is a burst of sweet and garlic love in your mouth. I will Never go to Carl’s Jr or McDonalds for a burger ever again!!! The young man that made my burger was nice and I couldn’t believe he made my burger. Fries were crispy to perfection. I thanked him for my delicious meal and left happy. This will be my go to for a burger craving for now on. Hope it stays there for awhile. Very surprised it was slow in there but it was nice to have the quiet atmosphere on a sunny afternoon.

First time going here last night, it looks like an old fast food restaurant from 1982 but it’s actually more like one of the old burger diners. I had the rain city burger, fried mushrooms, zucchini, and Mac and cheese balls with an Oreo shake Pros:good food not great, good portions, decent price, made to order(only took about 5 minutes) I could see if it got busy it may take a while though. Cons:very run down inside Overall it was good, I’d go back if I was in the mood for a burger

This neighborhood shopping center took a dip back some years ago. It still is a nice area and I have seen a few new businesses pop up that are interesting. Cloud Burger being one of them. The place is clean and they have other alternatives than just burgers. I of course had the burger since it’s a burger joint Cloud burger reminds me of the old nostalgia burger joints that you see around the south end. The Pick Quick in Fife, Frugals In Auburn but a more open menu and a place to sit down. They have ice cream as well. I didn’t have any this time but it looks pretty good. So let’s get on to the burger. The fries you get a few choices. Curly, sweet potato or regular and I did the regular. The fries were good. Nothing super fancy but they are straight up fries and they give you some fry sauce. The burger was cooked well, nice cheese, great sauce on it with a really good char taste. I was impressed. You can always tell a good burger when you have to break out the pinky burger kickstand to catch the sauce. I will defiantly be back as I want to try that Picnic burger. It sounds so dirty but might be a good brunch after a night of beers. Good job Cloud Burger you may bring this old shopping area back to life. Posted a couple of picks of the menu board so you can drool.

Nestled in the quaint neighborhood of Newport Hills, Cloud 9 is a burger joint that easy to pass up… I sure did, for years, until my co-worker brought me there for lunch. The burger I tried(Picnic Burger) by far surpasses any of the famous big name burger joints that typically come to mind. Burgers are well sized and come with all sorts of fixins. The dining area is quiet large and there’s a refrigerator full of different sauces you can add to your burger. Oh, and the fries… so, so good! Perfect crunch on the outside with a delectable interior and the perfect amoutn of seasoning. Give Cloud 9 a try, it will be well worth the visit!

I saw that they had fried oysters here and sweet potato fries, so I had to try them. The fried oysters were good. Nice and crunchy on the outside, and still moist and yummy on the inside. The sweet potato fries were good, and so were the curly fries. Tried the Picnic Burger, and it wasn’t bad, but would say I’ve had better burgers. I was really tempted to try a milkshake, but was so stuffed with all the fried foods, and didn’t want to go home with my stomach regretting that milkshake. I would say I enjoyed my dinner here.

We’ve been here multiple times and have always been satisfied. Tonight I tried the garden burger, which turned out to be excellent. Lots of avocado and the veggie patty was super crisp. This place is seldom busy but deserves your business It’s that good.
