CNC Autodesign

Joel was professional and nice when we talked on the phone and knew what I wanted to do for my 14′ frs they installed my air suspension exactly how i wanted it in no time and fixed my wheel studs which 10 of them were snapped off. Defiantly coming back for more work to be done. Also props to the mechanic dustin that did my install, showed me some of his customers projects going on around the shop and was surprised on how many cars he has going on.

I recently purchased a set of 22″ wheels online and searched high and low for a custom shop to install them. After going to 3 other places first and being denied at each one I finally got a recommendation from a wheel repair shop to try these guys. The work was done quickly and about as perfect as it gets. They were also 25% less expensive than the other shops quoted price, I will use these guys for any of my tire mounting needs from this day forward. Thanks again for making my install your priority.

Dealt with Joel and my experience could not have been better. Awesome customer service, was able to get my car in that week for audio upgrades, prices were right and even better, quality of work done by Aaron was amazing. Zero corners cut, will take all my vehicles back to these guys, keep up the great work!

Found these guys while desperately trying to find a place to properly roll my fenders. Well first I had a appointment and couldn’t make it so I rescheduled for a few hours later, after rushing from work I was 30 minutes late and they still were able to squeeze me in. I felt very at home there. Everyone is very laid back and I felt very comfortable. I feel like I found my regular shop for custom work! Joel seems very nice btw, and I will plan on coming back for when I want to have a few more things done to my car.

The guys at CNC are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The boss, Joel, is very relatable and loves to talk about cars (I mean, who doesn’t right?). Another guy there, Emanuel (sp?), is one of the coolest people you’ll meet.
I’m not sure if he’s the General Manager or Joel’s assistant, but Emanuel is Top Tier when it comes to customer service. He went out of his way to come in on a Saturday and stay in the shop for several hours (even though no other customers were there) just to properly complete the work on my car. If that’s not customer service, I don’t know what is.
CNC is on the expensive side, but as they say, you get what you pay for.

Don’t go to this store! Worst store I ever met!
My friend and I went to this shop to do the swap engine for our cars. Their labour is expensive and it’s fine if the got good service. I left my car in there and do the swap since June 13 and they gave me the car with lots of problems in September 20. They are working very slow and they don’t have any professional mechanic over there. They are fixing car like a 10 years old child. On the day that I pick up my car, they filled the engine oil when the car was running, the oil spit all the engine bay. After that they were trying to send me away because they had no idea to fix the problem of my car. They asked me to try to look on forums and ask people for help. They charged me $ 2500 for the labor and i got my car with problem.
Finally I left paid and left the store because I know these guys were wasting my time and money. I went to another shop in Bellevue and they used 3 weeks to fixed my car very well and tested everything, but they found some TOOLS near my engine bay was from the previous store! Cnc auto design!
For those people want to do business with cnc auto design. Don’t get foolish because of they have many nice and expensive cars over there. I did foolish by them also. thanks

Came here as a referral from a friend that had a great experience with CNC. I ordered performance parts for a 370z through Joel who is amazing, his customer service is beyond words. Joel helped ordered the parts from a non-​contracted distributor even though they have not dealt with them before. I will definitely be coming back soon to work with CNC more often.

All growing up I was lucky and had an uncle who was a great mechanic. Since I moved out here I was always scared to go to auto shops because a lot of them are sleazy and I’ve never been able to trust them. I always bugged my husband to go instead of taking my car in myself. CNC is the first place I’ve felt perfectly comfortable with since I moved out here. Even though I drive a civic, I love my car and don’t usually trust people to handle my car – not even the dealer. I’m one of those people who tell the service people at the dealer to refrain from blasting the AC when they valet my car for pick up because I don’t like people messing with my car outside of what they’re contracted to do.
We heard about CNC from a friend of ours who had them do a lot of custom work on his car. My husband talked me into getting HID’s on my civic, so I had Joel’s crew install them so we could «try them out» and see whether they’re trustworthy or not. The service exceeded my expectations and to this day Joel continues to take good care of me.
I had some issues with a ballast and Aaron was so kind and thorough with my car I just wanted to hug him once I got my car back. I never feel like I need to send my husband in rather than go myself. In fact I like to go because I always want to see what projects they’re working on. :)
What I love about Joel, the owner, and his guys is that they treat you like a good friend and you feel like you’ve known them for years. Every time I call I feel like I’m talking to a childhood friend when I know whoever it is on the other end probably has no idea who I am.
These guys are great and it’s too bad my dealer isn’t anywhere close to the level of service at CNC because I visit them more than I do CNC. CNC makes me want to mod my car so I can hang with the guys more often – yeah they’re that cool.
