I was very disappointed in my experience with DESI. I was recommended to check them out by an assistant that I met during a working interview. She was really excited about Karen and swore up and down that she would get me work and that she was the very best. When I first had my initial meeting with Jenna, I asked her to send my resume to an office I had previously visited because I knew I would have a better chance there than anywhere. I never got a confirmation that she did that. During the two months that I was unemployed, I didn’t receive a single call or email that they had found something I qualified for. I took the initiative and called three times, Karen told me «When Jenna finds something you qualify for, she’ll call you». They knew I was actively looking for work and didn’t even bother to help me out.

I really appreciated the time spent with me. Discussed my goals, and reviewed my resume and history in depth. Very helpful. I was placed in a practice quickly. Thank you.

Would not recommend this place to any of my friends. Karen, doesn’t give all Dental candidates equal opportunities. She picks and chooses which Dentist she likes and gives them all the temp jobs. I know this bc me friends always gets emails but I don’t. Then she has a list of job online, that she never told me about, nor did she email back when I requested more info
