Made a reservation, left me and my family(with a small child) stranded in a foreign country. Since they are & were too incompetent to pass along my reservation it left us stranded. I trusted and counted on them. Now I wonder what other surprises await us on this trip. I was finally able to get an email address to complain… they didn’t so much as off a «sorry» or a «kiss my butt». Learning has occurred. I won’t be using them on our next big trip. I have no desire for this type of stress and fear again.

on hold for 2 hrs. 05 mins to attempt to change the return flight date of a previously booked flight per instructions on Expedia web site and it turns out after getting an employee, I need to educate him on what the web site says. I’ve used Expedia in the past with OK results but this is not good. Will shy away from using them.
