We (Omid & Navid) doing plumbing for more than 15 years. I (Navid) am Licensed plumber and graduated from University of Washington with Bachelor of Political Science. I am a soccer Coach & Player. I have a lovely family and 8 years old son who loves to be a good soccer player.

I (Omid) am a HVAC License and graduated from Belorussian veterinary school. I have lovely family with 11 years old daughter who loves the animal.

We’ve used Green House twice this year– once for a sewer pipe clogged by tree roots at a rental property and once for a backed up kitchen sink in our home. Reasonable prices, and very professional! They charge flat fees by the service, rather than by time which is nice because they don’t have incentive to waste your money by going a bit slower than needed.
Today Navid was able to come out almost 3 hours earlier than scheduled which was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgable and also informed us that some of our pipes weren’t up to code. He took care of the clog as well as the code issues, and made recommendations for maintenance to prevent issues in the future. Omid helped us earlier this year with the tree root issue and also with installing a new shower faucet. The fact that I remember his name 11 months later is a great sign for the service he provided!
We will definitely call them for our next plumbing problem… Hopefully not too soon though! They also service furnaces so that will be our next experience with this great company.

Just called them a few minutes ago. My kitchen sink is clogged, it’s 3 days before christmas. He wanted to schedule me for Dec. 29th! Haha. Bad joke. 24⁄7 emergency service??? Maybe on paper. In reality? Definitely NOT. Absolutely do not recommend.

Ok, follow up review. I referred green house plumbing for a toilet leak on one of my friends rental property last year around summer after I was totally satisfied with their business. Then this year I eventually moved to that condo and that toilet leaked for another reason after 1.5years since they fixed it. We called them and we couldn’t arrange logistics so they waited for a while in front door, then came and fixed the toilet one more time and didn’t charge even a dime. Very honest and very trustworthy people. Strongly recommend them.

I had a substantial issue in which the washing machine was flooding the laundry room and Green House fixed it. Arrow assessed the issue fairly quickly and once he had cut a hole into the drywall in order to look at the pipes, it was clear that he knew exactly what he was talking about. That Arrow is a good guy and he does good work.

Really quick service, they were able to come over 2 hours after calling about a clogged kitchen sink. Navid was really friendly, got the clog cleared out and gave some tips to keep it clean.
Would definitely recommend them and will use them again if we have any issues.

I thought I had a leaky toilet. I found Greenhouse Plumbing on Unilocal and decided to call based on their excellent ratings and was not disappointed. Omid was right on time, polite and friendly. Before entering the house he slipped on his booties, already I liked him! I showed him the bathroom and we discussed the problem area. There happens to be a shower next to the toilet. After examination it was determined that the water leak was coming from a leaky shower pan and not the toilet. All that needed to be done was to redo the caulking around the shower pan and he said I could do that myself. No charge for the service call! Any other man could have taken advantage of me but here’s an honest man doing what’s right. He will definitely get my business again in the future.

Contacted Green House today in need of a new gas water heater. Navid provided an estimate that sounded fair and within the hour, he was on his way. The new water heater was expertly installed and the estimate provided was accurate. This company installs quality products and comes highly recommended based on the great service provided.

I called Green House Plumbing yesterday morning after turning off the supply to our water heater the night before because of a leak in the expansion tank on top of the water heater. They asked me how urgent it was and I said «not too bad» so they scheduled me for today at 1:30. Omid was able to get here early and quickly replaced the expansion tank and turned the water supply back on for a very reasonable rate.
Their obvious dedication to customer satisfaction and professionalism (using Teflon tape to ensure connections are water tight, etc.) make them easy to recommend.

Had a great experience with GHP. My water heater starting leaking on Friday night and had a large plumbing outfit come out and diagnose the problem. They charged their $ 99 trip fee and gave me a super inflated bid due to it being late at night and the beginning to a weekend. I jumped on Unilocal and found GHP. I was bit skeptical at first since they weren’t on angieslist, but I was blown away by the knowledge and professionalism of their technician, Omid. I would definitely call them again. Highly recommend.

Not only did it take 3 calls to get a plumber from Green House to come to my house but the guy didn’t fix the leak. The work was supposed to be guaranteed for a month so I called them again before the month was up and the plumber came, only to tell me that he can’t fix the problem but he had an invoice ready for me to sign for the work. I had to remind him that this call was for work he had done that is still under warranty. I was pretty sure I told them when I called for the second visit that this was under warranty for work they did.

Omid is amazing! He came to install a new furnace for me on time, and he was so professional and careful, even did more beyond the contract to fix corrupted furnace pipes. I even felt guity that he worked over 6 hours to get everything work perfect, without any extra charge. I would definitely recommend him for my friends!

These guys were so awesome the first time they came out to my house, which was for a gas leak. While they didn’t find anything, they were professional and provided a discount even though it was the weekend. They were also at my house within two hours of my call on a Saturday.
At that point I thought I had found my HVAC company. But then tonight (Monday) I realize that my heat isn’t coming on, so I checked the large sticker they placed on my furnace and gave them a call. Turns out they cannot come out until Friday, which is a real bummer since it’s in the 30’s this week.
I still recommend them, but so far their response times are a bit inconsistent. It may be that everyone else is also calling them now (tis the season), but waiting 4 – 5 days to get my furnace repaired is just too long.
And now I wish they hadn’t plastered by water heater with their stickers that won’t come off :(

This is my second review for Greenhouse Plumbing. It was a ductless air conditioner installation done by Ormid a couple of months ago. He did an amazing job! My husband bought that unit online and thought he would install it by himself, but it didn’t happen. I’ve contacted a couple of local companies for help but they only do installations if the unit was purchased by them. I was hopeless until I called Greenhouse Plumbing. Yes, they have saved me again! I have referred them to everyone I know. The unit runs great (both cooling and heating). I would def. call them again if anything comes up.

I looked at Unilocal after calling my «regular» plumber and never hearing back. I had a outdoor faucet start to leak and before long is was running constantly. GHP plumbing called me right back after I left a message.
They came out the next morning (at the time they said they would) he crawled into my crawl space to check for water and then went right to work in replacing the faucet. It was slightly more than I was hoping to pay — but plumbers are expensive! He was pleasant — replaced the broken faucet and was on his way! I would absolutely use them in the future and recommend to all of my friends!

Had a wonderful experience with Omid from Green House Plumbing. How many times have you heard that about a plumber? My parents are elderly and infirmed. They had a clogged kitchen sink.
Omid came within 40 minutes of our call. He was fantastic with my parents, worked quickly, fixed their sink, gave them a senior discount and even cleaned the area under the sink! We were very pleased with the entire experience. And their prices seemed really reasonable. Highly recommend.

My water heater went out Saturday morning. The plumber we originally scheduled with — canceled last minute. It was 5pm. I came across Green House Plumbing on Unilocal.They were so helpful. They came out at 8am the next morning. Fixed our problem in about an hour. They were in uniform and very professional. Definitely will recommend them.
