Having these guys do your taxes saves you time and hassle, and presumably their guarantees save you future headaches.
I don’t think they were bad, but I give them two stars because they are 1) overpriced — I paid way too much compared to the simplicity of my taxes, and 2) slow. My accountant made so many errors that I had to keep correcting, that it took 2+ hours to get everything done.
