Okay, my family and I really like the choice and taste of the sandwiches at Jimmy Johns and generally how fast they are in getting your order complete.
Our biggest gripe especially with this particular store is that it almost always has the air blower on regardless of the outside temperature and it is absolutely freezing in the store. Not very pleasant trying to dine in and working to avoid all the cold spots even with your coat on.
Hope the management reads the post and addresses the issue

I love this place! I’m obsessed with their bread here. The only thing I don’t like is when I ask for extra lettuce and onions it’s a hit or miss with whose making the sand which sometimes I end up with extra sometimes I don’t and I also do all my orders online,

Get sandwiches from here all the time. They really do deliver freaky fast. Not even sure how they do it. Delivery within 15 minutes of ordering. I can’t even make the sandwich and put all the ingredients back into the fridge that fast. Good sandwiches and okay prices. Wish they had some hot ones.

Super service. Quality food. Freaky fast drive-​through. Accurate orders. Consistency across stores. Almost $ 20 for 2 large sandwiches with chips & drink. Gotta pay for quality.

Will never order Jimmy Johns again. They refuse to deliver to my home yet their own website will allow me to order for delivery and has been that way for the 2 years since I have lived here. I see Jimmy Johns delivery drivers in my complex on a daily basis yet they refuse to do so today. They stated they can’t go past Capehart yet I see them ALL THE TIME. Very disappointing as I was a fan of their food.

When it comes to ordering for delivery, this place is a mess. After placing an order and waiting for almost an hour, the driver finally showed up and said he got lost (never called to let us know). He also informed us that their delivery zone stops about 2 blocks to the west of our place but said if he was working he would make the exception. Fast forward to 2 months later, my fiancé placed an order online and according to the website, we are in the delivery zone. Once again the driver (different that previous one) arrives and says we are outside the delivery area. If we are outside of their zone, they need to have their website updated. I also find it frustrating that I’ve seen JJ’s being delivered on multiple occasions to houses further East than we are.
I’ve also been charged for cheese and didn’t receive it multiple times.

Extremely convenient. I have never sat and ate at this location but I’ve used the drive thru and delivery. The food is fresh and priced well. I have never gotten less than friendly and extremely fasy service. When delivery is ordered i dont have to wait more than 15 mins for it to b at my door. Always a plus!

On a Thursday, I decided to try the online ordering feature I had been hearing so much about. I ordered a meal via my iPhone. (with delivery charge, the total was just over 16 $) The delivery address was approximately 5 – 6 minutes away from JJ. I received a series of phone calls from the delivery driver, asking for directions. During the final phone call, the delivery driver told me that my address didn’t exist. (WTF Really?) so at this point I cancelled my order and asked if my debit card would be refunded and I was told yes.
Update: it has been two full weeks and I have not been refunded. The store assistant manager I spoke with twice now changes their story.
Good thing we (collectively) voted to raise their minimum wage huh?

Just as good as any.
Franchise… they all taste the same.
Had one JJ… you tried them all.
But a good place to stop and get a quick meal

JJ’s has an excellent selection of sandwiches and options for even the pickiest of sandwich connoisseurs. Their establishments are always clean and provide an «upbeat» atmosphere which makes you want to dine-​in vice take-​out. Plus, when you dine-​in, you get unlimited access to the coke machine. Bonus!
