Starting out on the Homeowners journey was tough. There are many hurdles along the way that if you aren’t getting the right direction; you can lose track of the goal. I am so happy I was able to get introduced to Joe! At every turn, he was able to guide me and let me know what was to come. I wasn’t hit with any surprises or confusion. He made himself and his team readily available for any question. First time home buying, so I had a lot of questions. I don’t think I would be in the home if it wasn’t for Joe. It cannot get better than that.
We never bought a house before and almost gave up already, since we are not getting any younger, banks tried to rip us off and were emotionally prepared to rent forever until we found Joe.
Joe is a miracle worker for sure and went above and beyond to help us getting into this house. He even worked while on his honeymoon and stayed in touch with us every step of the way. There was no out of office alert, nor did he disregard our needs while gone.
The service we experienced is superb. We call it a miracle. This man is unbelievable. Accurate and thorough and we have never experienced anything like this before and are now proud homeowners.
Words about his service do simply not suffice and we are eternally thankful for his hard work, honesty and his professionalism he extended to us to make sure, our dream to own a home became reality.

Joe helped my wife and purchase our first home, and the experience was wonderful. We had found a Youtube video of Joe describing the NHF grant and decided we were perfect fits for the program. At first we were a little skeptical since nothing is free. But after I filled out the quick form to start the application process, I got to schedule a phone call with Joe. This being my first time buying, I had a ton of questions about the process and grant program. After that initial phone call, a lot of my reservations were gone and we proceeded with the loan application process. From there we got pre-​approved and found our first home. Once we found a home and moved to the actual purchase, we got to work with his team members who all helped us through the rest of the application process. The process as a whole seemed so easy and it was. The grant paid our down payment on the house, and with the help of Joe, we were able to get paid money at closing! I can’t thank Joe and his team enough, and I can’t recommend him enough! If you are looking to purchase a home, and the down payment seems overwhelming, take a look at Joe Tafolla and the NHF grant.

The first thing I thought when we found out about Joe and the down payment grant was «no way this is real». I, like many people, thought it had to be a scam. After reading all of his amazing reviews, we decided to call. I am so glad we did.
This is not a scam. You can legitimately get a grant for your down payment on a home that you never have to pay back. My husband and I just closed on our first home today and received $ 13,000 towards our loan, and we spent ZERO dollars out of pocket.
We started searching for a home at the end of October. It is now the end of December and we already closed on a home and got approved for the grant. The process was amazingly fast and Joe and his team made everything very easy. He is great to work with especially if this is your first time buying and you don’t understand everything yet. He is patient and answers emails and phone calls quickly. We closed over the Christmas and thanksgiving holidays and still closed on time without delays
I know you probably have doubts, but Joe is real and legit and an awesome guy!

When my wife and I decided to by a house I was a little shell shocked by the housing market and prices having just moved to Seattle a year before. I started researching loans, rates, etc, trying to see if we could could somehow make the numbers work to buy a house.
I had heard about Joe and the NHF grant from a friend a while back and stumbled onto them again while researching. The grant allowed us to buy a house that was a better value with more potential and put the money we’d saved for the downpayment towards renovating. It really boost our purchasing power. The end result is that we own and live in a home that would have been out of our reach without Joe and the grant.
Joe was very knowledgeable and stayed on top of things throughout the process. He happened to get married and went on his honeymoon while we were under contract. I thought for sure that would mean that we’d slip through the cracks and have delays. Well of course, there were some snags. But Joe went above and beyond while he was on his honeymoon and made sure the issues got resolved! This guy is seriously dedicated to his clients. I had my doubts but they were put to rest. He knows what he’s doing and how to solve problems and was easy to get a hold of when we had questions.
I’d highly recommend Joe and the NHF grant. He’ll go to bat for you and make sure you’re well taken care of. If you have any doubts, just do yourself a favor and give Joe a call and talk to him. That won’t cost you a dime and you’ll see for yourself that Joe is the real deal and so is the NHF grant.

My wife and I just closed on our first home yesterday, got the keys, and we’re moving in this Saturday!
I cannot tell you how great it was to find Joe and the NHF Grant. Even though we’d saved up our own down payment, getting an almost $ 16,000 grant to apply toward the down payment and closing costs means that we didn’t have to drain that savings and we have a solid buffer now, which is an amazing feeling.
While I was a bit uncertain about the grant when I first learned about it, my initial conversation with Joe was a much better experience than my conversations with several other loan officers at other companies. Joe was the only one who walked through everything I wanted to know in detail, at my pace of understanding as a first time buyer. He also worked very well with our realtor and proactively stayed on top of our loan file as it went through the process so that nothing was missed. I had heard that buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do, and I have to say, that was not my experience at all. I felt I was in good hands the whole time and always had the information I needed to make informed decisions along the way.
I highly recommend working with Joe. He will be my first call in the future for any re-fi’s or future purchases.

I am a Real Estate Broker who just finished a transaction with a client that worked with Joe and myself to purchase a home. My clients utilized the NHF grant and got a sizeable amount of money through the grant which brought their downpayment and closing costs to ZERO! This is a grant, not a loan so they never have to repay this. It is a real program!
It is always an unknown working with a new mortgage person, however I found Joe very easy to work with. He usually answers his phone and when he didn’t he responded promptly. There were definitely a few bumps along the road to closing however Joe was always on top of the transaction, he is a problem solver. The whole loan process went very smoothly for an on-​time closing. I have no hesitation and I am looking forward to working with Joe on future transactions!

I am finally getting away from painting, tearing up old carpet, and doting on my new home to write a glowing review for Joe Tafolla. I started the process of looking for a house to buy a mere 3 – 4 months ago (May/​June 2015) and Joe has supported me through the whole process and made everything go through quickly and smoothly!

As a first time home buyer I was looking for someone with extensive knowledge but also had the ability to take the time to walk me through the process, in depth. Whether I had questions about the application process or how to handle my credit, Joe and his team were always available to answer my questions.
