After a successful career in business, I returned to grad school for training as a counselor. I graduated from Seattle University with a master’s degree in counseling, and opened my private practice in 2009.

Business Owner

I became a psychotherapist after a successful career in business, where I enjoyed leading teams and mentoring individuals to work to their highest potential. I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in Washington State, and I earned my master’s degree (MA) in counseling from Seattle University.

In addition to seeing clients in my private practice, I’m employed as an individual and family therapist with Mercer Island Youth and Family services, working with kids, teens, and adults. I’m a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), Seattle Counselor’s Association, and GoodTher​apy​.org

I completed my counseling internship at Sound Mental Health in 2009 and was subsequently employed as a therapist with Sound until 2012, specializing in working with teens and adults.
