I bought a Groupon for three Fraxel treatments. Cris was AMAZING! She was warm while still being professional. The procedure was a bit uncomfortable, but she talked me through it and made the whole experience worthwhile. My skin looks wonderful and refreshed. The front desk personnel are so nice and helpful. I just love this place and will definitely be back! Thank you!!!

Good people. But I suffered from 2^nd degree burn after my peel. A week after my peel, some parts of my skin is still angry red, crusty in spots and burning at other. I had the same peel done previously by others and had googled back and forth all over the internet. I shouldn’t have burning, crusting and angry red skin on day 7. Many has long recovered before this. I am concern of possible scarring. For this reason. I will not recommend this place.

If I could give Margaret and her staff 10 stars I would! My coworker recommended this office to me when I commented on how great her skin looks. For me, visiting a dermatology office can be a very nerve racking experience, but every single person in this office is welcoming and they made me feel at ease right away. And most importantly, I saw results after my first treatment because they listened to my concerns about my skin and helped me choose the option that is best for me. If you need to budget the cost of your visits, the staff let’s you know about special offers available each season! I cannot say enough great things about this office and my experience.

I purchased a deal through Groupon a few months ago. I wanted to wait to see the results of the Juvederm until I wrote a review.
I had one syringe of Juvederm for the lips. It’s clear the people here know skin fillers and injections, but their service and communication needs improvement.
1. They have no before-​and-​after photos of their work to show, so I couldn’t gauge what sort of results they’d achieved. This is very surprising, because most places do offer you some sort of photo-​book, especially if they have no photos online. When I asked, they said it’s for privacy reasons. However, many patients do agree to having photos of themselves released, or their eyes blacked out, so it’s unnerving that Larson Medical Aesthetics has chosen not to provide any photos of the results of their procedures, even though it would help put new patients at ease.
2. They did not provide me any instructions before the appointment, so I didn’t really know what to expect, or if there were any medications, etc. to avoid beforehand.
3. You meet first with the consultant, but she is not the injector (Margaret). I conveyed to her the look I was after, and it seems she relayed this to the injector, and then I saw the injector. I don’t know why there isn’t a more through consultation with Margaret — it makes sense that you’d discuss, in detail, with the injector who will be putting a substance into your face, no?
4. There was no back-​and-​forth mirror check during the process of injection, I was only handed a mirror to see results when they considered the injection complete. Before the procedure, I had stated I did not want anything done to my bottom lip, but during the process, both the consultant and injector said there was a ‘hole’ in my bottom lip, and could they fill it. Without seeing a mirror of what they were talking about, I agreed (my fault), and they put some Juvederm in my bottom lip. Later once the swelling went down, there was a protruding bump left in my bottom lip which made the bottom contour of the lip noticeably irregular. I don’t know what hole they were referring to in the first place, and thankfully the Juvederm has faded away.
5. I was not told how much of the syringe they’d used, or whether they would hold onto the rest of the syringe for me. This should have been clarified upfront; as a first timer, it’s not a question I knew to ask.
Ultimately, what I wanted for my upper lip was done well, but the results lasted only a month, which was very disappointing. The consultant did say it could last anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months. My results lasted within 30 days, and within that was 1 week of swelling.
Although the front desk staff, consultant, and injector, were very professional, it was disconcerting to not have had more information available, and not being able to consult with the injector first.

I recently had a procedure here in the Bellevue office. The professional and caring staff is wonderful, most important they listen to your needs. Margaret has years of experience and is fabulous to detail. She along with Glory make sure that you are completely happy with the results. The follow-​up is just one detail that shows their concern after your procedure is done. They go the distance in you being happy. My sincere thanks to Margaret and her wonderful staff. I have been a patient for over 2 years and I am never disappointed. Great experience, knowageable and caring.

Margaret is the BEST! She does amazing injections, with perfect placement. I get Botox and it always looks flawless and lasts a lot longer than other places I have gone to. Heidi at the front office is super sweet, and also really knowledgeable. I also have been seeing Kris for laser tattoo removal, which I was having treated before at a different office. The other office had me paying double the price, and I wasn’t seeing as great of results as I have with Kris. She is also super friendly, and very knowledgeable about skincare and other services. Overall this office is just the best for value, and highly trained professionals in medical esthetics.

*This review is from Brendan’s wife* There are NOT enough wonderful things that I could say about this place. First, I will start out by telling you how my relationship with this amazing group of people came to be.
It all started one day when this tired mom of 3 young kids finally decided to take the «filler/​botox plunge». I lost over fifty pounds between the months of January and July, and because the fat pads in my face diminished considerably, I was looking tired and well past my 32 years. I was doing some research and when I came across Larson Medical Aesthetics my conscience said «this is the place that you need to go to» so I called and talked to Heidi and made my consultation appointment.
When you first walk into the office, you are treated like family. They make you feel like that is exactly the place you need to be. I was quickly put into a room and spoke with Glori (undoubtedly the sweetest woman on earth). Her name is Glori Love and her name suites her so well! She made me feel like I was beautiful the way that I was already, but that if I was completely comfortable and sure that I wanted something done, that I should go with a peel to soften the texture of my skin and to erase my fine lines, and BellaFill (hands down the best filler ever!). Margaret (the owner and master injector) was having an amazing special on the BellaFill that I absolutely could not refuse especially because it is a permanent, yes, permanent filler! I left feeling confident that they were going to make me feel absolutely amazing.
Two weeks after my consult, I went in for my peel with Cris who did an amazing job. She’s also great at making you feel comfortable. The peel tingled and burned slightly, but it felt great. I ended up peeling on the 2^nd day, and I only peeled for 2 days. What was revealed underneath was beautiful glowing skin that I actually had never seen before. I unfortunately was an avid tanner (I recently gave up the bed tanning) and beach bum (without sunscreen) in my CA days so my skin was crappy if I’m being honest :(. My pore size has definitely decreased dramatically.
After my peel, I went into another room and saw Margaret and Glori again. Just like before, Glori made me feel special and calmed my nerves about the injections. I was ready! Margaret injected the BellaFill and I noticed an extreme difference right away. I was so happy and honestly felt so much love from the entire staff that I was brought to tears. I was sore for only a couple of days, and because Margaret is among the top injectors in the entire country, I didn’t even bruise. 6 syringes of BellaFill and not a single mark was left!
I’m telling you right now, if you are looking to get anything done aesthetically, you need to go to Larson Medical Aesthetics (I’ve only been to the Bellevue location, but I think they have 2 more). You will look and feel so naturally beautiful that you will never want to go anywhere else ever again. I PROMISE YOU THAT!

I felt at home when I called and the front desk actually listened to my needs and responded to all my concerns based on my reason for calling. When I did finally arrive to the office, I was on a call for work and they were so nice to me about it. I was seen by the best of the best. I truly lucked out and found my skin care home as I go through my 40’s and on. I have a plan and a caring expert team. I’ve looked for years to find this and am so grateful. After my first treatment I cried I was so happy. This is a wonder team.

Awesome experience! Very honest people, they are very nice and the girls all looked good. I was excited to get my Botox but I talked to Glori, told her my concerns and she was so understating and she made me really comfortable. She told me that if I am not ready yet, she is not going to force me and I that I can come back anytime. She was honest enough to tell me that I don’t really need one yet but when I’m ready and feel more confident of doing it, they will take care of me. Very experienced and knowledgable! They really know what they are doing and they are very honest. Thank Glori and I will definitely come back.

Found this place through Groupon and it did not disappoint! As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed and was asked if I wanted something to drink.
They take the time to explain the process of the procedure and make sure you are aware of everything you need to know.
What I love the most is their monthly specials! You can score a really good deal so check out their website and schedule your consultation if you have any questions!

Dr. Margaret Larson and her staff are all professional, skilled and caring people. It is clear that Dr. Larson has surrounded herself with knowledgeable professionals who really love helping us all achieve our personal best. This doctor is both scientist and artist with an incredible eye for detail. Her father was also a doctor who seemed to have instilled the patience and caring that is a rarity in the medical field these days. I trust her completely and am so happy to have found her and her team.

Five stars isn’t enough to give justice to the AMAZING Margaret Larson and her staff! They are always welcoming and truly care about their patients. Margaret and Glori are the most talented women in the medical rejuvenation field I’ve ever met. They actually talk to you about what you’re looking to accomplish, give multiple options and are always there to work within the budget you have. I will be a patient for life and I feel so blessed to have met them! My advice — go see them today! It’ll be life changing!
