Don’t waste your time. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I purchased a Groupon for this business (serves me right, I know) and unlike the other reviewers who had their appointments canceled or showed up to find there was no one there to help them, I couldn’t even get in contact with them at all!
For two weeks after purchasing the Groupon I left voicemails, sent emails, and even tried contacting their other location in Texas trying to get ahold of someone to no avail. I emailed Groupon about this and they (miraculously) were able to contact the business. They said that Laserium would contact me within 3 business days. 4 days later, I’ve heard nothing (not that I am particularly suprised). Still fighting with Groupon to get my money back. I’m not even sure this place exists. I’d be willing to bet the the 1 lonely good review is from the owner.

Terrible customer service– a no show for my appointment and no calls back. Employee there stated they were «having trouble keeping employees» stay away!
