Inna is great! She is European, so, yes, as some have pointed out she is not a Disney princes. She is a professional who is honest and reliably great, and she just might make you look like a princes if you let her. Highly recommend!
Best facial I ever had and I tried a lot of places.
Inna really cares about your skin health, I got schooled on what I was doing wrong and how I can do it better. But I would much rather get educated on my skin then have a so so facial with lots of fake smiles and compliments.
Inna introduced me to the only product line that worked for my skin. I got to my 30s still fighting mild acne but with Inna’s help my skin is looking better then ever. Give her a try!

Simple clean day spa. Importantly quiet.
Inna has done my facials every 6 weeks for about 6 months now.
She definitely has a strong personality. Professional but don’t expect Disney employee sweetness. She will inform you of what your skin needs and if you follow régime, your skin will improve and glow.
You will pay id say average price for true facial but will receive top quality for actual treatment and product.

Yes she gives amazing hot stone massage. I melt with the hair scalp massage.
Matis is the skincare line and it’s amazing.
I’ve tried probably 30 eye creams in my life and most are not effective or make my eyes water. She chose a perfect effective one for me. Also the fruit enzyme I use in between facials I got from her is really amazing on my fair skin.
Also got lash extensions here. They were gone well.
Good price too. Lasted 3 weeks.

Love this place. Very cozy, genuine and honest approach to business. Several months ago, I had a facial from an aesthetician named Irina and she was just simply amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

Got a facial from Bare Skin Inc, which operates out of Le Reve salon in Bellevue. It was great! I didn’t get the name of the gal who did it, but she was very nice and attentive. I purchased a 75 minute custom facial and it lasted 90 minutes. My face felt wonderful afterwards! Great location, convenient and has parking!

I started here because of a Groupon. Let me say that getting an appointment was painful. It took months. I realized that email worked much better than phone a phone msg. Once I sent her an email I was in quickly.
Let’s get this out in the open: Inna does just say it as it is. She is incredibly focused, not chit chatty, & has a voice that can rub a person wrong. She is not going to baby. HOWEVER, best facial ever. I mean ever. I have been doing facials for years — tried several types (organic, peels, microabrasons), so forth, and hands down, best facial ever.
Inna knows what she is doing. She massages your head & shoulders/​neck with hot stones. She uses products on your neck and upper chest. Most places charge a different price for this. My facials (been 2x now) were both customized to my face and 60 full minutes. I also had my eyebrows waxed. Very well done!

Overall, I have no issues with the personality and I make my next appt with her at time of leaving. Resolves having to call or email.

I am still in shock after short conversation with Inna. I have bought gift certiicate at school auction and today was looking forward to nice facial. But unfortunately i was stuck in traffic due to 520 bridge closure and rain. It happens to all of us in seattle. I called Inna telling her that i could be late 10 – 15 min. She was so rude to me and gave me all wrong reasons. I understand that many services charge if you are late or cancel. And it would be Ok. Especially when you talk nicely to a client. But she told me that this is free service for her, that her friend signed her up for this charity, that she would do something in left time if i come .And so forth. I even would not mind to pay extra but after she made me feel so cheap and unwelcomed i do not even want to visit her place ever. I paid double for this gift certificate and it was not free for me. Plus i lost 1.5 hours driving there and turning back in traffic, mood was spoiled for nothing. She offered that her collegue would call me and maybe give me the service. Thank you. Apparently she did not want to deal with me. I would not loose anything, i supported the school and will continue using other spa services. Just so shortsided for Inna. I visit spas regularily and spend a lot of money on such services monthly. Could be a good client. But guess they do not need and care about clients in that place.

Unfortunately, my experience with this business involves not having any communication with them. I called a few times to make an appointment and never got someone to answer so I finally left a message. They never returned my call and I called a few more times after that but still never got an answer. This was over a span of about 1 month. I finally had to ask to have the company where I purchased the deal from to refund me due to the fact that I could not even get them on the phone to make an appointment.

I had a Groupon for this spa and used it for waxing services. Ever since the spa I used to go to closed, I’ve been using Groupon deals to find a new place to go. Le Reve could have been my new spa, but alas, no.
Let me start by saying that the service itself was FANTASTIC. I got a full leg, bikini, and eye brow wax. She did a great job on the waxing itself. And she even accommodated my after-​hours scheduling needs.
The 3 stars comes from the business side of it. On the services menu there was a price range for each waxing service. I was charged the top of the range for both the full leg/​bikini and the eyebrows. I’ve been getting waxed for years now and whenever there has been a range I’m always charged on the low end because my hair is fairly fine at this point. And I’ve never been charged full price for my eyebrows, even the first time I had them done! So I felt like I was getting gouged just because I had the Groupon.
I had planned to be a very generous tipper, but after the full price charges, I was an average tipper. I had also planned to return to Le Reve, but now, not so much.

Absolutely incredible. I’m so thankful to have discovered this salon through Groupon. The owner’s skill is just amazing. I was open to what she thought my skin needed and had an incredibly relaxing time there. I will definitely be back.

To be honest, I have been a client of Inna’s for a couple of years now. EVERY experience I have had with her, or any other employee of her company has been nothing other than wonderful. I find her to be a sweetheart! Some of these negative reviews im reading have me a little sick to my stomach. Inna nor her employees would never treat anyone badly.

I had a waterless pedicure, which I have never tried before. The treatment was extremely relaxing. I feel like the polish lasted longer on my toes than usual. I would definetly go back again.

This review is LONG overdue and I guess I was just waiting to «get over» the horrible experience we had. We, as in, a friend and I (whom both have families and our free time is limited) decided to make a day of it in Bellevue, eat a nice lunch, go get pampered at the spa and an evening out. We were planning this for weeks and SO looking forward to it.
We both purchased a coupon from one of those «deal» sites, but I can’t remember now which one it was. Apparently they had 2 deals floating around in cyberspace and it was my responsibility to make them aware of EXACTLY which one I was using. Keep in mind, both deals were for a facial and massage.
Just as Ashley B’s experience, my gf and I were both scolded because the owner called me to confirm our appt the day before, for a facial and massage which of course I confirmed that was the service we were to receive and we’d be there. Come to find out the one she booked us for was for 1 hr facial and 1 hr massage, but ours wasn’t supposed to be as long. From the sounds of the muttering under her breath, the owner must’ve had to book 2 estheticians and 2 masseuses for the both of us when in fact our «deal» didn’t require as many employees to do it. So now she’s stuck paying her employees for coming in. OH, and god forbid, now she has to «skip her lunch» to do one of our facials. Yep, the owner… had to skip her precious lunch to take care of her clients. Oh the insanity.
The owner asked me when she called to confirm the appt why I hadn’t told her which deal site coupon I was using. I told her you asked if we were getting a facial and massage and we were AND I did tell whomever I originally booked the appt with which deal and deal site I was using. That seemed to shut her up… for about 5 seconds. So she goes on to offer us an upgrade to the more expensive deal which we were open to. I ask her how much more it would cost (the price escapes me now, but it really doesn’t matter.) I proceed to ask how much the treatments would cost without the deal (since I wanted to figure out how much I needed for a tip and it’s tacky to tip on the «deal» amount.) She actually has the audacity to get mad at me and keeps repeating how much the deal price is. I had to interrupt her and slowly explain why I wanted to know the ACTUAL price. She snaps at me, tells me the full price and I’m just about at my wits end and ready to walk out. I thought I was actually doing something nice to offer a tip on the regular price. My friend and I decide no effin way we’re giving them any more of our money and choose to just go with what we have. At this point I could care less if this lady and her business is inconvenienced because they expect their customers to read their minds.
The other esthetician goes to the back and suggests one of us should go back with her. My gf and I look at each other (as I know we’re both debating who will get the «good» one) and thankfully my friend knows me well enough and suggests I go, cause I’ll probably be boxing the owner before the end of the treatment if I was in a closed room with her.
Now onto the service. My lady was quite nice. Older, German maybe? We expected the treatment to last at least 1.5 hours. If you look at their menu online, you’ll see which treatments were being offered in the deal and how long each treatment is. I kind of feel like it was a bait and switch. Our treatments (facial, scalp massage and stone massage) only lasted 1 hour in total. Kind of hard to relax when you know the person is trying to quickly wash, remove, scrub, etc etc. Oh and get this, apparently the owner left my friend in the room for about 15 – 20 minutes and told her that that was part of the treatment «to just sleep.» WTF… are you serious? I can sleep at home for free.
My gf and I compared our treatments after we were done and the only thing that matched up was that it was completely rushed. The process itself, the products, etc was different. So I suppose if anyone is to ever go back, there wouldn’t be any consistency in their treatments.
All in all, this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a «spa.» I don’t think I’ve ever wanted to jump across the counter so badly and chin check an esthetician. I don’t know how she stays in business treating her clients like that. Hopefully if you go, you go when the owner is not there.

I was literally snapped at for not bringing a print out of my groupon. She actually said «Do you not listen? I told you to bring the paper, bring the paper! Ughhh, look what you made me do now (as she is pulling out paper to copy my groupon # down on a piece of paper)…well, I guess I just have to trust you dont I.» That was the first interaction checking in for my appointment.
She then preceded to scold me for not using strong enough sun screen on my face and pointed out 2 hyper pigmented spots near my eyes IN THE LOBBY in front of other people! She continued to insult my skin until we reached the back room for a facial. This was 10 days before my wedding by the way, and I think I was just so shocked and overwhelmed that I just took the abuse. She then proceeded to do a facial, not tell me anything that she was putting on my face, put a mask on me and left the room for 30 minutes without saying that she was leaving, she’d be right back, nothing. I almost got up and walked out of the room with a full mask on. She then cleaned my face, sat by bed up and left the room without saying we were finished, get dressed, Ill meet you our front. Nothing.
I was so floored by how terribly I was treated. On my way out, she was on the phone with another client cancelling his appointment because someone had double booked her (with another client in the lobby right there) and was bad mouthing him because he was a groupon client, and she has no time or patience for these «deal» clients over her regular clients. Ouch, since I was a groupon client sitting there checking out.
I would NEVER recommend anyone wasting their time and money at this horrible place and I will never go back.

The massage was excellent. The facial just mediocre, and the service needs some serious work. All the staff I encountered (aside from the friendly woman that did my massage) was very rude and abrasive. Would definitely not return

Inna’s facials are like no other. For 90 minutes you get a facial, head, arm and feet massage — all which are completely dreamy. Oh and she doesn’t take tips or try to «sell» you on products you don’t need.
I love Le Reve and Inna!

Inna is a miracle worker with your skin. I’ve been going to spa’s for years and it wasn’t until I met Inna that my skin literally started to change. It’s amazing, most of my facials lasted several days. With Inna, I feel like my skin still looks facial-​fresh after a week or two.
The facial consists of a full hour and a half experience. No tips. Parking is free, need to drive into the garage behind and her products and techniques are mostly from Europe. I highly recommend changing over your product line, if that’s doable, because in addition to monthly facials and daily care, they’ve made all the difference with my congestion and dry/​flaky skin.
Inna is warm, laser-​focused on getting results for you and it’s too chatty. Her techniques and products are most from Europe and work, for me. She’s the owner/​founder of the spa and the place itself is clean, comfortable and homey.
This is the one thing I religiously do because I feel so great about my skin and I truly get completely pampered with a full body experience every time I go.

Used a Groupon here recently with a friend. The services we received didn’t align with the Groupon description but it was very nice and relaxing all the same. We were spoiled for more than two hours with facials, scalp massage, hot stone shoulder/​arm massage, massage, and reflexology. The place was very nice and comfortable. The spa is smpall enough to be intimate yet very professional and clean. I would consider paying full price for ala carte or a package deal although I am not a spa regular.
There is garage parking, but getting from the garage to the spa is confusing.

I’ve had many facials all around the US and after a while I kind of gave up. I’d walk out feeling like it was a waste of money… but not at Le Reve. If you want to walk out feeling like you glow and that you spent your money for something worth while, then get a facial from Inna.
After going to Inna I immediately started for the first time to get compliments on my skin. If you want to do something great for yourself with long term affects, get facials from Inna.
P. S. also the best bikini wax ever… i think i’ve got over 10 friends addicted.
