Pretty upset. I called to make an appt. And I did not realize that she has something on here saying she is no longer accepting new clients. She was very rude and just hung up on me.

I’m not sure if she paid people to put nice reviews about her, but I am here to be 100 percent honest. It’s not always about the nails, sometimes it’s about the person behind the job.
Jess is the most rude, non caring person I’ve come across. Her nonchalant, bitter attitude is horrible. Her condescending way of dealing with her clients is disgusting.
And not to mention if you are ever in a bind and had to bring an infant or a child with you, she will make you and your child feel lower than low.
She by far has the most entitled attitude because she does good basic nails. You ask for anything more and watch how her attitude changes. She cares about no client and will do away with you if she doesn’t like one thing you say!
So proceed with caution. She will start off nice and then watch for the nasty, sarcastic attitude. I know MANY clients that have left her shop… or she’s kicked out.

Jess is fantastic. Unfortunately she does not take new clients. Fabulous spa pedicure and everyone loves my French manicure.

Wow — It’s hard to describe what it’s like to work with someone who knows her stuff as thoroughly as Jess. I managed to squeak my way into her schedule for my first appointment last week. I’ve been waiting for her client list to open up for a year! I work right across the street so not only is she convenient, I had heard (on Unilocal) that she was the best.
I’ve had my nails done by ONE other person who did the high quality of work that Jess did. However, that person charged almost twice as much and went half as fast. Jess has everything down to such a science that at one point, I just marveled at the confidence of being handled (literally) by someone who just knows what she’s doing and knows what she needs you to do.
When she told me I was getting true Gel, I didn’t understand until I watched the difference in application. They are just a tad thicker than I usually like, but after a little more than a week they look flawless, they simply laugh at knocks and scrapes that would’ve chipped or broken my shellac polish, and they have held up through some pretty rough treatment while still looking glittery and fabulous!
I also just enjoyed talking to her. She’s a super bright cookie with a very inspiring story! This woman is going places! Unfortunately I fear someday she may go into parts of the business that don’t involve sitting in front of me for an hour giving me beautiful nails… I will cry on that day. Both in happiness for her career evolution, and in sadness for myself.

Let’s start off with the fact that my appointment was booked 1 month out — yes, 1 month out because Jessica is that popular! She was definitely worth the wait & more. She has a small studio that is clean right off of 520, making it super convenient. She is SO fast & so precise. The options of colors, contrasts & creativity are endless.
I’ve used acrylics in the past but this is so much better. I’ve tried Shellac on my natural nails which just trashed them. The gel products that she uses to create the manicures and/​or extensions are of incredible quality. Your nails are guaranteed until your next appointment which won’t be until at least a month. They last that long & look flawless to the end! This product retains it’s shine, shape & color no matter what you put your hands/​feet through.

Best Gel Manicure I have ever had, hands down! Jess is an artist! The products she uses are amazing and I have had my manicures last 6 weeks without any chipping or other damage (other than the nails growing out, but that’s why you ask for a fade!) Treat yourself to some glitter while you are there, you won’t be sorry. I always get compliments on my nails, thanks to Jess :)

Jess is AMAZING! Everything about her is awesome! The product she uses, her location, her designs, booking process and her speed! I’ve been going to Jess close to a year now and refuse to go anywhere else! I love coming here because you can watch/​catch up on movies, etc — this is how I got hooked on Downton Abby! Jess is AMAZING. She is personable and delivers quality in her nails like no other salon I have been to. I am severely picky and she is the only person I have truly been satisfied with when it comes to my nails and toes. You will never regret her quality and professionalism. I have been seeing Jess for several years now. I refuse to go anywhere else. she is the absolute greatest! I used to be a really bad nail picker, and she has completely transformed my nails. My nail beds are so much longer, my cuticles are in much better condition, and my fingernails are now strong and healthy. She is extremely clean, professional, and friendly. I drive an hour to get to my appointments with her, and I know I’m not the only one of her clients willing to take the trip to her. The gel polish that she uses is the very best out there. I will never use shellac, or any of the other products out there. She is incredibly skilled, always making my nails blinged out with glitter, or she hand paints beautiful designs, like the pink cheetah in one of the photos I uploaded. I am a bartender, so I am very rough on my hands and nails, and these beautiful digits have NEVER chipped once! I am constantly receiving compliments. During the summer when I break out my open toed shoes, I get my toes done and they last forever! The gorgeous work she does with glitter, or whatever I choose, sparkle like crazy in the sunlight. She is always there with the up and coming nail trends too, like the stiletto nails. Whatever you can imagine, Jess will do it! I am very lucky to have such a wonderful person to see to do my nails.

If you want the very best gels nails you possibly can get, then you need to see Jess. I’ve been seeing Jess for over 2 years now. My nails ALWAYS look beautiful. She’s not just a nail tech, she’s an artist. Go see Jess you’ll be glad you did!

Jess has been doing my nails for a few years now. They look amazing and last forever. She uses Akzentz products which are amazing quality. She’s the perfect combination of friendly and professional. And, you can watch movies or catch up on tv series on dvd’s that you missed while you are getting your nails done.

Jess is the most professional and absolute best nail tech I have met. Having done my gel nails with her now for a year and a half, there is NEVER a reason to go anywhere else. Not only is she super sweet, she does the best nails in the area. Jess is also the rep for the brand Akzéntz, and she is a nail technician teacher.
You book and manage your bookings online, and it’s super easy. The studio is very nice and comfortable, and there is always free parking just outside. She has coffee and other stuff for her clients at the ready, just super nice.
My gel nails keep for 4 weeks or more (one time 7 weeks!), I never have any chips or peeling off (unless I cut through it with a kitchen knife, which has happened ;-)). Although, I usually go every 3 weeks or so, because there are just too many fab colors to try!
