I was rear-​ended in March of last year and began seeing Dr. Baker for my physical therapy and recovery needs at that time. He and his staff have changed what «recovery» means to me, and have provided me with an avenue for a healthier and happier life. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and truly believes in the well being of each patient. Dr. Baker, Dr. Matthews, and accompanying massage therapists, spend as much time adjusting/​correcting the body, as they do teaching you about it, ensuring you leave each appointment more aware of how your body works. They provide you with the tools and techniques needed to heal properly, empowering you to continue on the path of recovery in your own time, at your own pace. They are exceptionally great at listening to your needs, and have always had an answer to something that was bothering me, putting me in full control of my own recovery. I highly recommend Primespine for accident recovery, but also highly recommend them for anybody seeking help learning and adjusting their body. Primespine is truly a life-​changing experience.

Dr. Baker is amazing! I started coming here almost a year ago after tweaking my neck. He took an X-​ray before ever touching my back (which I greatly appreciate). He showed me where my problem areas were on the x-​ray, and then gave me a great adjustment. He even taught me a couple exercises so I wouldn’t hurt my neck in the future. I now see him weekly for adjustments and it’s the highlight of my week. I just can’t say enough great things about this place. The staff is genuinely friendly, Dr. Baker is a god-​send, they always work around my schedule, and his adjustments have improved my quality of life. If you’re on the fence or have never seen a chiropractor before I highly recommend Dr. Baker.

Doctor Baker has been treating my back and neck issues for over a year and I can’t speak highly enough of this practice! I have been seeing him for weekly adjustments since the second trimester of my pregnancy and believe it or not, I can say that my back feels great at 9 months pregnant! I truly believe this would not have been the case if I hadn’t been seeing dr. Baker and getting the incredible occasional prenatal massage from Gina. In addition to keeping my back in great shape while pregnant, the whole practice, from Dr. Baker to Gina and the receptionists, are all super friendly and flexible. Before I started going to prime spine chiropractic, I was a skeptic on chiropractic medicine. After a year of being treated, I couldn’t imagine pregnancy (or day-​to-​day life) without it. I drive from Edmonds every week to get treated here every week and it’s more than worth it!

Dr. Ben Baker is great. listens to your pains and teaches you ways to manage your pain. Not just a quick adjustment.

Dr. Ben and his staff are absolutely awesome. He got me from hardly being able to walk to almost no pain in only 4 visits (lower back problem). Very friendly and low key. No high pressure up-​selling like other chiropractors I have dealt with in the past. Excellent facility. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I have been to several chiropractors over the last 10 years and Dr. Ben Baker is by far the best! I don’t feel like I’m being hard-​sold into treatments that I don’t want. He has helped me with my chronic back /​neck issues and has allowed me to continue the sports that I love. The staff is very friendly and they always make me feel welcome. Being a roofing contractor my back gets beat up. I have been going to Dr. Baker now for over 2 years. He has amazing hands and really allows me to fully function on the roof while i’m bent over all day long.

I’ve been going here for almost 2 years for chiropractic adjustments and massage therapy. Dr. Baker is thorough and knowledgeable. The staff is also very friendly and always make me feel like a valued customer.

Working a desk job sure does a number on my neck and shoulders. I’ve been seeing Dr. Baker for almost 2 years for a weekly adjustment. I’ve also seen various massage therapists (Ashley, Kelsey and Hannah) for chiropractic massages.
They are always flexible in accommodating my busy schedule. The staff is friendly and helpful. They also allow flexible billing which works great for my insurance coverage.

I’ve been coming here for a while now initially for neck and back pain, and unfortunately also from a car accident. Dr. Baker and staff are very attentive and have addressed my health needs with precise and accurate treatment! I highly recommend going here. While waiting, you can relax in one of the massage chairs, enjoy a refreshing variety of drinks, and schedule an appointment for massage treatment. The massage therapists are very attentive and definitely make an impact to the road to healing. They also will recommend stretches to do at home to help speed the healing process!

I scheduled and appointment based on my friends recommendation. I had a massage scheduled with Ashley. She is just what I needed. From the moment I walked in she was friendly and outgoing. I filled out your basic questionnaire, mentioning that I had a knee injury. Ashley followed up with my knee injury asking how it happened what type of pain I was feeling. She asked if wanted the massage to focus on the injury and I did.
The massage was great, deep tissue, just what I needed. She did focus on my knee and used ice. She is a world of knowledge and gave me great information on knee injuries both preventative and treatment. She showed me exercises I can do that would help strengthen the muscles surrounding my knee. I learned a lot from Ashley during my hour with her.
I would recommend massages here, especially if you have an injury.

Dr. Ben is a fantastic chiropractor — this part is a given. He is an equally-​as-​good business man who makes it easy for the customer to deal with him.
After popping a rib out on a Friday evening and tossing and turning in discomfort and pain all night, I woke up and called my regular Chiropractor to find out that he was closed on this particular Saturday. So I got on Unilocal to try and find a place close to home, highly rated and more convenient that what I currently have. I found PrimeSpine right here on Unilocal along with 2 other firms. After visiting their websites, I called the other 2 first (it was Saturday morning and after their posted open hours of operations) and had to leave a message as no one answered the phone. I then went on to the PrimeSpine website, read the reviews and found out that I could request an appointment right there on line!
The convenience of weekend availability as well as the ease of being able to book the appointment on-​line and see exactly what the available spots are without having to take the time call, is an excellent convenience and a HUGE advantage over other Chiropractors not to mention the 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. hours on three days of the week. In addition to this, Dr. Ben is earnest, shows genuine concern and understanding of the issue at hand and he’s fast. I’ve used 2 other great chiro’s for the past few years and I can now say that I finally found in PrimeSpine what the others were lacking.

First off, he was able to get me in on a Sunday afternoon. How many places are open on a Sunday afternoon? He told me later that he’d been golfing earlier that day. I don’t know too many doctors who go out golfing and get a request for an appointment the same day and make it in. This man knows a thing or two about business and good customer service. Not to mention client retention because I will definitely return, when needed.
I appreciated his honest work. I’ve been to these types of places before (chiropractor offices) who tell you that you need all this extra work, x-​rays, should start coming in regularly, etc. Dr Baker let me know right away what was necessary, adjusted my back, and sent me on my way. No pressure at all, just simply gave me his card and told me he had a closer location to where I live in case I needed work in the future.
Kirkland and Factoria are a bit far from where I live, however, I would make the drive for Dr Baker. Pretty cool guy. Thanks, Doc!

Doctor Baker is hands-​down awesome. He really knows his stuff and he is gentle, willing to explain every step of the process and work with you as specifically or as generally as necessary.
I had been meaning to visit a chiropractor for migraines/​upper back complaints for months, and because Osteoporosis/​back bone degenerative stuff runs in my family. When I tweaked a muscle in my upper back I broke down and called. I left a message after-​hours and they fit me RIGHT in the next morning as soon as they opened.
The first appointment is an X-​Ray and he felt comfortable enough to give me an adjustment right away and get me back to explain the X-​Rays the very next day; I have a weird neck, which he thought caused a lot of my tension headaches.
Now I know why my entire family goes to see the Good Dr. Baker… he is SO nice and he healed me right up. He didn’t pressure me to make unnecessary appointments or get massages — he gave me stretches to do to relax my neck and has helped me minimize headache pain.
His office is clean, well lit, inviting, and professional.
I’ve never had to wait (good God, NEVER!!!) but if you do, there are several massage chairs, refreshments, and magazines in his open lobby.
I get pretty freaked out about people touching me and getting adjusted, but Doctor Baker is someone I really trust for long term care.
