With customized classes tailored to meet the specific fitness goals of the clients attending class combined with the natural team building and accountability effect that comes with small group training we have all the motivation you need to be a success.

Pulse Boot Camp
We are an Indoor Fitness center who’s roots started outdoors. We still enjoy venturing outside when the weather works in our favor, but have found to best serve our clients we needed an indoor facility to keep people motivated towards reaching their goals in the cold, wet winter months. Our new Bellevue location located between Northup Way and Bel-Red Road gives us tons of flexible inside and outside class options and allows us to serve the east side of Lake Washington we are very easy to get to from Redmond, Kirkland, Microsoft Campus, Medina, Houghton, Factoria, and Seattle Washington.
Our purpose is to personalize a fitness program that allows clients to reach their goals and gain improved health through motivation by trainers and support from other members. We encourage people from all walks of life and all fitness levels our classes are creative enough to accomidate everyone.

Cassie S.
Business Owner
Coach Cassie is a highly motivated, energetic fitness instructor who is dedicated to continued learning so that she may help more people achieve their goals. Her passion for fitness and conditioning started while training as a collegiate athlete.
After gradtuating from Washington State University she continued to gain intrest in all kinds of fitness challenges including dance, yoga, kickboxing, and gaining certifications along the way. She’s constantly setting new goals and finding ways to reach them with her whatever it takes attitude.
Cassie’s combination of fitness knowledge complimented with her energetic style will have you reaching your fitness goals before you know it!
