Assigned seats and reclining chairs makes it a comfortable experience. Our normal seats that we prefer (one row above the handicap seating) is further away from the screen than what we prefer, but we’re not able to move forward.

we decided to go to this theater based on the reviews and the food places around it. to me, it wasn’t worth the 25 minute drive, but it was a good/​different experience. if you live close by and this is your go-​to theater, i envy you. all that free space and the reclining chairs made me feel spoiled; it was amazing.
but to mr. bradley behind the concession stand, i know it was getting late, but that doesn’t make it okay to throw attitude at people. if you wanted to know what drink we wanted, you could’ve asked instead of giving us a blank stare while holding the cup in your hand.

We’ve watched movies at Renton’s Landing and Lincoln Square but as other positive Unilocal reviews have mentioned this place is wonderful after their renovations!
For the same ticket price as those two theatres it was nice to have assigned seating and comfortable reclining seats. For once it was more comfortable to watch a movie in the theatre than on the couch at home… If only the concessions weren’t so expensive.

Clean, good comfortable seating and friendly service. Better then a regular movie theater. I grew up going to this theater so it was nice to see the remodel. Well done. Improvements could be in how fast they move the lines for getting tickets and food.

This theatre has remodeled in the most fantastic ways. Reserved seating, wide rows and reclining chairs. I love it! This is the only place I want go to see a movie.

Seriously love, love, love the new renovations. Get the big leather power reclining seats AND reserved seating of iPic but at normal cinema cost. The only drawback is no alcohol or service at seat, but for the regular movie ticket price, that’s fine with me. Plus I honestly think the sound and projectors much better here then at iPic. So anyway, this is the place to be to watch movies at least in Bellevue. I actually stopped going to Lincoln Square for this reason. Just got done watching Star Wars Friday, going back (for the THIRD time) Saturday. WOOT!!!

The theaters themselves are awesome. Comfy chairs, padded armrests, reclining action, plus tons of leg room. Great. But the bathrooms were pretty gross, which is really odd considering it was 4 o’clock on a Wednesday and I was the only person in the theater. Literally. So the movie experience was fantastic, but the bathrooms were unpleasant enough to make holding it a necessity.

4.5÷5 seems almost too good to be true & i normally don’t rate a place so high unless i am highly satisfied with it, but Regal Crossroads Cinemas has improved a lot in the years!
I use to be a movie person but then ticket prices started to rise, safety concerns kept popping up everywhere but the thing that drove me away was how annoying it was coming to the theater, siting in really small & uncomfortable seats while the speaks were blasting on high, i just hated this movie theater! So i left. Years later i decided to try it out because i was invited to see a movie with my friend.
The inside has this retro feel to it! Its very large, very spacious but only has 8 screens which isn’t a lot but when you see the newly remodeled recliner seats, you’ll fall inlove just like i did. The seats are huge and the remodel is a major + for this theater. They said they had to get rid of seating to install these big boy seats but i don’t mind because i felt like being crammed into a theater with several 100 people wasn’t fun. But now i can bring a blanket, take my shoes off and curl up in these seats. Many people do this too so don’t be scared to be the only one. Also this theater is now assigned seating so you can pick where you want to be seated instead of rushing in to be the first person there for a good seat. However i suggest avoiding theater 5’s front row and very back row. The front row is too close to the screen. The very back row you can’t recline in your seat because of the bar that’s in the way. The remodel is great and very modern but the people installing the seats did a terrible job. ⁵⁄₅ on the seats tho for quality!
The price for food and the quality of their concession stand is terrible. I bought food there twice before. I hadn’t had anything to eat for dinner so i picked up some dinner items. Just a warning to you all, only buy the popcorn and soda. Everything else taste like crap. Expensive crap. ²⁄₅
This movie theater has Regular screenings, 3D screenings BUT NOT IMAX! So if you want to bring your kids here to see a 3D movie, its actually a fantastic idea. The kids will love it here. They also have a small arcade so having a family night makes it enjoyable for everyone. So entertainment value is at ⁵⁄₅ except ticket prices are high but that is for every theater here in WA.
Customer service is great as well. The people in the concession stand, depending on who waits on you, are both amazing and also very incompetent. One time i had fantastic service but the next time i had to wait 15+ minutes on my food because someone didn’t know what they were doing. The managers are very friendly here. I was only helped once but that was when i didn’t like the seat i was given. They switched seats for me with no problem. The ushers here do a fantastic job with a friendly smile on their face, holding the door open for people & cleaning up this theater well. ⁵⁄₅ for the service.
Overall i now love returning to the theaters, especially this one. I use to be a AMC fan but i switched back to Regal! I highly recommend crossroads to my friends.

Ok, I grew up going to this theater since ’84 and let me tell you, the renovation is awesome. Reserved seats that recline… a thing of beauty. The controls are hard to see, but once you find them easy to operate. There is so much room… people can get up with ease. The armrests have room so you don’t have to fight over them. Every seat is able to see the screen and someone tall sitting in front of you isn’t an issue. The only confusing thing is knowing which seat goes with which number… but not too challenging. Highly recommend this place.

Love this theater, the seats are just awesome! Great views of the screen, no one stepping over you. It is our «go to» theater now. Also great restaurants in the area. Highly recommend!

I love the new renovations with all the Regal theaters. They make getting seats easier, getting to your seats easier, and allow for a more comfortable viewing. Although each theater has fewer seating, the seats are wider and the aisle in each row is wider. Purchasing tickets is just like purchasing concert tickets. You get to pick your seats and if you don’t like them when you arrive, seat changes are done at guest services. I love this because even if you’re late for a movie, you are guaranteed spots (if you purchased tickets ahead of time) instead of looking for seats in the dark or blocking people’s ways while looking for seats.

We hadn’t been here in a year or so, we usually go to Lincoln Square. But, we were going to a restaurant near by & decided to catch a movie.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that they have remodeled their theaters to have super comfortable reclining chairs! The lobby area looks exactly the same as before, the new theater seats are great.
We’ll definitely be coming here more often.

Lincoln Square and iPic can consider themselves put on notice. Regal Crossroads is not willing to roll over and die. The exterior and lobby areas are still retro, but when you are asked to choose your assigned seat upon buying a ticket, you already know something is up… proceed into the cinema and see just a few rows of VERY WIDE SEATS that RECLINE smoothly and quietly like a Business Class seat on a 787. Put up your feet and enjoy the 4K screen.
Tuesday nights are still just $ 6.89 — so Lincoln Square, watch out — higher value cheaper tix just down the road on 8^th St. iPic, watch out — Regal’s seats don’t squeak, no waiter comes to interrupt during a runpee moment. Teenagers — watch out — you could be tempted to mess up these pristine leatherette luxury seats. Ewww.

LOVE the new seats! They’re so comfortable and recline wonderfully. Yes, the houses are smaller now that the seats take up three times the room… but let’s be real, this location wasn’t selling out like crazy before the remodel. The outside of the place is still dingy and sketchy, but the seats more than make up for it. They’re reclined with two buttons on the right side and pretty much stretch out all the way so that its 180 degrees. We were second row and managed to recline so that the screen was no issue.

Went to this location after they remodeled and was I surprised. First of all if you come early you can pick your seats without worrying that you will be seating right in front of the screen.
But when I walked into the theater I saw the new automatic reclining seats. OMG!!! This is the most comfortable movie theater in the state.
From now on this is the place I will go.

We had plans to see a movie and when I saw this place earlier in the day we opted to stay here for the movie. Glad we did. Line moved quickly to get tickets. Regal has a reward system, so sign up, it’s free! We got a free movie ticket today for future use. Sweet!
The lobby is small, but it had food options and several video games to play. Bathrooms are here in the lobby, but there are two of each gender.
The theater has one door in/​out. The seats do rock. And they are supposed to get the larger reclining chairs in the near future. We opted to sit in the lower section so our eyes were level with the screen, not looking down on it.
Sound was digital 4k. It was LOUD.
My biggest issue here was the lights on the walkways. They are red/​green and are pretty bright. Not being a full theater, the lights reflected off the floor and it was distracting. I wish they could be lowered in light volume.
The movie went fine. Workers did walk through a little after it started. And afterwards they didn’t rush us out in the credits. They allowed us to be there until completely over.
We would return here. Very clean, not crowded. Great experience!

I really enjoy this movie theater. They have plenty of parking. They are close to lots of food options, with a Chipotle and a Sushi place within walking distance, in addition to all of the food in the mall and some asian and Italian options just across the parking lot.
The theater is never too full. They were one of the first theaters around to offer movie premiers before midnight, so I have been a long time fan.
The chairs are the exact same as at Lincoln Square, except that instead of the whole chair being leather, only the headrest is.
Expect short lines, expensive popcorn, comfortable seats, and no problem parking. It’s a waste to not grab a bite to eat before your movie!

Theater smells very heavy of butter and will stick to your clothes…
$ 7 movies on Tuesdays!

Great little theatre. Always has early features and thankfully only 1 3D screen. I always try to avoid 3D when I can.

My family loves going to this place.
Pros: — seats are reclining and very comfy just like at Lincoln Square.
— Free parking and ample parking space
— not as crowded as Lincoln Square so no need to come too early (of course I would still suggest going to movies at least 15 mins of viewing time)
— if you have a Regal membership Card popcorn small is only $ 2 and $ 4 for big, and accumulate points for free movies or drinks/​food on Tuesday.
— There is an on-​going $ 7 on any movies on Tuesdays the whole day, which I would say is very worth it than Lincoln Square.
— if you ever forgot your regal card they’ll just put the points the next time you bring the card, as long as you have the receipt or proof of tickets.
— They recently renovated to recliner seats and assigned seating.
Cons: — This cinema doesn’t offer IMAX movies only Real3D.
— Not as many movies just like Lincoln Square but they still do show popular movies just a week or two later than Lincoln Square. (Just go check their movies before thinking of going here just to make sure not to waste a trip)
— Based on the recliner seats, they have increased their regular prices but $ 7 Tuesday still remains!
