Sean K.

Manager

Sean Katona is a full-​time real estate entrepreneur, specializing in fundraising, buying, building, and renovating property. He is a private money lender and has over seven years of marketing, sales and advertising experience from his time working at Microsoft, EA Sports, and Mojiva — a mobile startup. Sean graduated from the Foster School of Business, University of Washington with concentrations in Marketing, Sales, and Information Systems. Sean was born & raised in Seattle and lived in California from 2006 – 2014 before returning to Seattle.



«Growing up, I was immersed in real estate. My mother was a real estate agent and our family bought nearly a dozen fixers & rental properties. At 25, I invested my savings in a fixer-​upper and since then, I’ve been hooked. Outside of real estate and investing, I love international travel, scuba diving, golf, and snowboarding.
