Established in 1992.

Founded by John M. Groen, Richard M. Stephens, and Charles A. Klinge in 1992, assuming the practice of Richard B. Sanders who had recently been elected to the Washington State Supreme Court.

Meet the Manager

Charlies K.

Manager

Charlie has represented property owners, developers, and builders in courts and before administrative agencies since 1990. For the past ten years, he has acted as legal counsel processing development projects, including master planned communities, large and small residential subdivisions, industrial, and commercial projects.

Charlie’s focus is on issues involving wetlands, shorelines, endangered species, drainage, water rights, traffic mitigation, SEPA, GMA, and other development-​related matters. Charlie is also experienced in real estate transactions providing advice to buyers and sellers in all facets of the real estate transactions, especially where the property is to be developed.
