Target

They have great prices and a great variety of clothes, shoes, bags, and so much more. Everything is amazingly priced and they have so many amazing deals and sales; as well as multiple clearance racks and a good range of Clarence percentages (25%- 70%). I also did a return while I was there and it was so fast and easy! The employees are very friendly and are well knowledged/​educated! I’d recommend this Target to anyone and I have to lots of my friends and family! They are understaffed but they are still quick and they get straight to the point without lolly-​gagging. I love this Target!

My usual go-​to for anything and everything is Target, but this one happens to have very rude and unhelpful employees in comparison to other Targets. As I was paying for my items, I put my card into the new chip paying system they have and was waiting for the screen to change. My cashier then proceeds to angrily say, «Any day now miss.» I brushed off the comment and typed in my PIN number. As I pushed enter I realized I had put the pin for my other card and politely asked if I could put it in again or reset the screen somehow. The man then started spouting off very rude remarks at me such as, «Well if you weren’t so god damn impatient this wouldn’t have happened.» And, «You pushed the wrong button you’re so ignorant…(said under his breath).» May I also include he rolled his eyes at me at least 5 times and threw all of my stuff into a bag. I should’ve asked for the manager right then and there, but I was so in shock at this angry man who had almost made cry. His name tag had, «new employee» written across it but I didn’t catch the name. All I know is that he is not staying their long with that attitude. Target will be receiving a call from me tomorrow morning relating the incident.

Worst target I’ve ever been in. I come in every now and then because it’s nearby but if I can avoid it I will.
Never enough registers open. Never stocked with the items in looking for. Most staff members are rude. Messy. Ugh.

Same ‘ol Target, different city. This one seems a little cleaner than some I’ve been in. Never had a complaint about a staff member there either. Sometimes things are difficult to track down, but that’s what the app/​website are for!

I rate it five stars because, first thy have hundreds of cloths, for example today i went to target we got more tennis cloths! Another reason this is a good place is because, it has some sport stuff like tennis rackets. My final reason is target has great toys like cards for example, Pokemon cards, me and my brother love Pokemon cards, we also love anything that is safe that has to do with Pokemon!

Came here to exchange a face wash item. Was surprised that I couldn’t find it on the shelf. Apparently, it was out of stock like many other items I saw. It’s a normal Target, but this one is somehow not as well stocked for some reason. The worker helping me was patient at least and he allowed me to make a purchase at the customer service area to save me a trip back to a regular check out counter. Eh, I’ll still come here… it’s Target!

Be warned, security will follow anyone in color. I was a customer regularly, but if I have to have at least 2 staff members on my tail every time I buy something, then the don’t deserve my money.

Not sure why there are two competing big-​box stores in this shopping mall, but I vote for Target. You can’t go wrong with Target.

Average for Target stores. I hate Target because they’ve destroyed the economy like Wall-​Mart. I’ve tried to shop here a few times with friends but couldn’t stomach being in there. I left after a few minutes. It didn’t help the customer service is horrendous. Each time I passed an employee; they ran away and hid each time I came near. Good luck even finding an employee for questions. The customers fighting for parking are even worse.

I purchased an Apple Watch online ($ 399 + $ 100 Target gift card) and chose to pick it up in store. When I received my order, the box was REPACKAGED and the price on the box was discounted at $ 279.95. I was pretty upset that I drove out my way to pick up something that I thought was completely brand new and sealed in the box, as online stated that this location was stocked. The girl that «helped» me never apologized for their mistake, instead she had a snotty little attitude because I didn’t want something that was opened and returned. She mentioned that she couldn’t honor the price on the box because I purchased it for $ 399 as the «online price» and the cheaper repacked price was their «in-​store price». Also, they wouldn’t credit back the difference to me IF I did want the Apple Watch in the beat up box which I didn’t think made any sense.

Targets nice, its like wal mart that got its act together. This location has a large clothing section for women along an entire side, yet the mens section is crammed into the dressing room. Makes me sad since im coming to shop for clothes just as much. Other than this complaint the remainder of the store is solid. Factoria can be strange though, saw one women getting busted for shoplifting throwing things and screaming at guards. Take care

I love Target, and I love saving more with the Cartwheel app. Unfortunately, I’m not sure how their stock works. I was looking for an item on their website that was In Stock at this Target. I drove all the way here, the third closest Target to me since the item was not in stock in the other locations, and they didn’t even have it in stock! Usually the website would say low stock if it were low, but this was not even the case. I even asked one of their staff about it and showed them on my phone that it clearly says in stock at this store. They just looked around the area I was in and looked just as confused as I was. I was so irritated. I also was looking for a particular set of Christmas lights. I was lucky to find them because there were only two boxes left! I would say this is a rather small store compared to their other locations. This week all Christmas trees were on sale. The Northgate location had a huge selection of them and this location only had a few. It is a convenient location if you just need to grab your basics.

Not sure why the 3 stars and lower. It’s a Target, what do you expect? Sure there’s a Wal-​Mart next door but at least Target gives 5% of profits back to the community. There’s plenty of parking at this Target and I’ve never had a hard time finding parking.
This Target has also recently added self-​checkout lanes so no more waiting in long lines anymore. Hooray! I don’t know why they don’t add more of these self-​checkout kiosks at more stores.
Also if you use your Red card you’ll get 5% cash back. If you have the patience to use the cartwheel app and scan all your items or scour for coupons, you’ll also get more discounts. The cartwheel app tends to give more discounts to Target branded items like the Market Pantry.

Poor customer service. Store won’t honor signage. Won’t sell products as advertised, and isn’t that illegal?

I’ll be honest, this review is mostly for a wonderful employee who made my shopping experience wonderful recently. The store itself is fine, though often messy and not very well-​stocked. That being said, I was recently at the store and bumped into Faye, a Target Beauty Consultant. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the beauty products (moisturizers, makeup, etc), and helped me pick out some fantastic products. Overall, she was patient and encouraging and really made me feel taken care of. If you need some beauty product advice, I definitely recommend asking the store what days she’ll be in (I think she only works 2 afternoons a week or something like) so that you can talk to her.

I recently shopped at this store looking for some specific items. I live about 5 minutes away from the store, yet I don’t shop at Target too often. However, it always come to amazed me how empty (peaceful) it is to shop at Factoria mall Target. I am quite disturbed and annoyed that with so much employees walking around the store, there is so little employees up at the register. Which creates so much time wasted just by waiting in line. I also find it annoying and disrespectful that if a cashier needs to go to break, that cashier just simply took off and tells his/​her customer that he/​she is close. Target managers/​coordinators please as a customer simply asking, let your cashiers know when to step off and it is best to have someone else step in for that cashier who is going to break/​lunch.
On the other hand, the customer service itself at the sales floor is fantastic. Coming to your store, looking for specific toys for upcoming birthdays, Target really had a great selection of Frozen themes games, board games and just games for all ages. Although the prices were still a little bit too high for my budget, the selections was still incredible. And because I am not a tech geek, the service in the tech department was farfetched, from gadgets to batteries, I found what I was looking for in just few minutes. Sadly, I could not remember the names of the employees who helped me so they could get recognition for their hard work. Overall, I give respect for having a clean and organized store.

A target in Bellevue is incredible. Save so much money shopping here. Everything from peanut butter to air conditioners!

A decent Target location with service that is hit or miss. It is convenient and there is a Walmart around the corner if you need anything that you can’t find here, like ammunition!

Had to get some stuff while in the area so I stopped by to get some things, I’ve been here quite a few times and its never super duper packed which makes shopping a little easier. From time to time, you still got those people that stop their carts in the middle of the aisle and have no clue that people want to pass them or get something on the shelf.
Good items for personal needs, toiletries, household products, to grocery foods, snacks on snacks in the snack aisles, I do like their trail mix section a lot, seasonal holiday items in the back for whatever upcoming holiday, electronics section is ok too.
Place is pretty clean, seems to be well stocked on items, and staff is helpful and check-​out lines seem to move at a decent speed.
FYI: Don’t wear a red shirt as customers may ask you for assistance.

Target is my all time favorite store and probably always will be. This Target however has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Without fail, every time I am here the line is backed up and customer service associates just stand there staring. They seem lazy and unfriendly, which is not what Target is about.

Pretty much like any other Target store, with mostly everything you would need.
I bought some blue mason jars here, bed sheets, mini-​ironing board, and an ironing-​board cover. Prices were pretty much the same as Walmart for these items (Walmart is real close by, so I literally walked over and compared things before making a final decision).
For the most part, the store is fairly clean and organized, the staff is helpful, and the lines aren’t too long. I was disappointed, however, that they do not sell any mattresses on-​site, but that’s okay since I can order it online. I just wanted to test and compare a few of them before purchasing.

***This Target is attached to a mall and it looks to be about the size of the many Target stores I have been to in the country; I did find the men’s clothing section to be quite limited compared to Los Angeles Targets (not that I was trying to build a whole new wardrobe, but you occasionally need emergency clothing when traveling); their other sections seemed to feature a good variety of products like their travel toiletries aisle, which showcased a high number of women’s deodorant options; service was pleasant***
The retail plaza that houses this Target has its own big and free parking lot; you should be able to easily find an open space, but it might not be that close to this store’s entrance.

Loveee the selection of this place. I swear when I was in college and going to Bellevue, it was so convenient and cheap. Of course by this point everybody knows about the clearance racks at the back of the aisles, but I always end up finding something I need. They still had a great selection of 75% off Christmas stuff even 3 days after, pro tip for next year.

This is my local Target, and I go here for all my last-​minute shopping needs.
It is a big enough with enough variety to provide a nice stroll after a meal. The staff here has never disappointed me. More often than not, I am asked if I need help finding something. I guess I have that «I have no idea where anything is» look on my face. haha. I do appreciate the staff offering to help; it shows they are willing to help and they notice you. There are stores where you walk by several staff members and you feel invisible. I never get that at this Target.

This Target seems smaller than some of the other one’s that I visit (ie. Redmond, Federal Way, Tukwila, etc.), but I’ve always found what I’ve wanted here. I do like that it’s connected to Factoria mall making it fairly convenient. Maybe it’s Bellevue, but I find that this location is always crowded.
The only thing that I don’t like about the Bellevue Target is that it’s right next to Wal-​Mart and zero chance they can compete with them on same-​product. Yes, Target overall has better quality products and I would never sacrifice quality over price, but it’s hard to pay $ 5.99 for a 12-​pack of soda when I can walk over to Wal-​Mart and buy that same 12-​pack for $ 3.99. Pretty significant savings in my opinion. But then again, maybe I should be thinking healthy and not drinking soda. ;)

I love Target, I do most of my shopping at Target however, this location sucks. It feels smaller than other locations and I am not sure why that is. It is always really busy and not enough registers open. If I want that, I will walk my happy ass over to Wal Mart. I don’t have all day though so I stop in here from time to time on my lunch break if I am in the area.
Store is usually a mess and they are always stocking the shelfs and in the way. Maybe you should do that when the store is not PACKED with people that are usually in a hurry.
Parking here sucks because of the «mall» which isn’t really a mall.

This Target is located in the Factoria shopping mall. It is quite convenient, and if you can’t find what you need at Target, there is also a Walmart next door!
This Target is pretty standard of Target stores. It is nothing spectacular and the inventory is so so. The lines can be pretty long sometimes because a lot of families come here with their kids.
There is a nice parking lot but it shares it with other retailers like Nordstrom Rack, DSW Shoes, and TJMaxx. The parking lot gets quite full!

I adore Target. This particular location is just down the road from where I used to live, and I occasionally stop by if I’m in the area. If it isn’t close to Christmas, then parking shouldn’t be an issue. If it is, good luck.
Love the selection, love that they usually have plenty of the designer collaboration pieces available, and their dollar section is excellent. Definitely stop by!
