Established in 2015.

Founded in 2015 by 2 Visionaries… The Blessing Group was founded by Visionary and Real Estate Broker, Joshua Daniel Blessing and Hollywood Heartthrob Edan Gross known today as Edan Shalom. Birthed from a vision to create and collaborate with the best local agents and real estate professionals to provide you the best experience possible.

Much more than an agent, we are a collective group of individuals with a Vision to see the Real Estate Industry transform into a conscious experience. One that brings Joy to buyers, sellers and tenants alike while pushing the envelope forward for a new way of building, investing and creating. We believe in sustainability and green practices, we see a new way of approaching an age-​old industry. One that puts people before dollars and dreams before transactions.

We live in a world where collaboration makes all things possible, we can either collaborate out of greed (what our world has been operating under) or collaborate for unity & healing.

Joshua Daniel Blessing is one of those rare you men who carries with him the Heart of a Visionary. No matter what he is doing he infuses all of himself into the task at hand creating the most unique and prosperous experience. His fiery ambition merged with the consciousness of his life path created in essence the perfect marriage of the 2.

With a rough start in life, and raising himself since a young child, Joshua is no stranger to hard work, drive and discipline. His infectious energy can light up a room and excite people into action. A trait that served him well growing up in in the projects. It was there he found a way to bring life and shine light on even the most dire circumstances.

The Blessing Group is a dream of his, and partnering with his Best Friend makes it incredibly enjoyable and fulfilling. Joshua is a magician with facilitating and moving energy in life, work and real estate. Once you experience it, you will want to hire him as the MC of your life!
