When our first agent really seemed to not care about our business for whatever reason my wife and I responded to a listing on
and within 5 minutes Gloria DiSanto responded. She was extremely helpful and friendly from the get go and helped us to find the house we moved into 2 months ago. I highly reccomend working with her.

Few things are more exciting in life than selling a house acquired 3 months prior during a divorce proceeding. After searching the many real estate agencies available locally, in an adventurous mood combined with a desire to maximize monetary return, I settled on the MLSonline to sell my home.
I was assigned 2 agents who were professional, fast, and full of suggestions to maximize the sale price of my home. They were also willing to cut their commission to 2.5% (from a standard 3% for most). After listing, within 3 weeks we had a buyer that went on to make an offer that we accepted.
My criticism of this agency stems from the way in which the buyer was then represented. They buyer walked off the street without an agent into one of the open houses run by 1 of my 2 agents. When they got serious about purchase — one of my agents split off and thereafter represented the buyer. This agent worked hard with them in drawing up the legal documents, voicing their concerns, and easing the sale progress. They also demanded the 3% commission on the buyer agent side. This would mean that 5.5% of the proceeds from the sale would be going to one agency’s agents. I dragged my feet until the «buyer’s» (once my own) agent lowered their commission by contributing to closing costs. This practice may not have been illegal, but let’s label it «ethically suspect».
THE BOTTOM LINE:
1) The house sold fast.
2) I had expected to lose 5 – 5.5% during the house sale (just not in this specific manner).
3) They are recommended, but don’t deserve 5 stars as a result of the double agent phenomenon.
4) Think ahead — don’t buy a house if you are going to get divorced soon. This may be easier said than done.
