Good teriyaki, and spicy chicken was really tasty. A little hard to find but we’ll work the find!!! Overall I’d recommend it

Food-Did not taste fresh, and sauces seemed«watered down» Price-Very expensive for the EXTREMELY small portions that you get.(I ordered a beef teriyaki and literally received 2 small skewers of beef… 9 pieces total).

This is place is great! We ordered the chicken teriyaki and the chicken fried rice. Both were very good. The teriyaki sauce was excellent! People were nice. Restaurant was clean. Would definitely return.

I was surprised when I walked in to a place that is advertised as a Japanese restaurant and saw the majority of the offerings were Chinese dishes. However my husband and I decided to give it a try. The prices seemed fair but the quality was so poor it didn’t merit the cost. The food was greasy and very low quality. The beef was more fat than lean meat — about 80⁄20.

Fast friendly service and a fair price. I had spicy chicken teriyaki. Wasn’t too spicy but the sauce was definitely not the run of the mill spicy teriyaki sauce. Generous portions and lunch was less than $ 10. Win win! Location is tucked away in a small shopping center behind a bank. Will visit again!

Stopped in for takeout. I normally get teriyaki down the street but wanted to try Toshi’s. The chicken was perfectly cooked and delicious. The spicy wasn’t too hot next time I might get some chili sauce but it was flavorful ! I normally don’t get Katsu but based on the positive reviews I wanted to try and I wasn’t disappointed. So yummy as spicy and add the Katsu sauce beyond good !! The salad dressing was really tangy and yummy. Not normal mayo vinegar and many other teriyaki places serve. It had a splash of sesame oil and was really good. The rice was also perfectly cooked . Can’t wait to come back. They have a pretty big menu and were out of current menus but the uploaded one here in pictures is still current.

My friend wanted teriyaki & I had nowhere to go. He was in Bellevue, so I had to find something around the area. Unilocal led me to Toshi’s Teriyaki! Had good reviews, affordable & delicious looking meals, I had to check this place out. I ordered the spicy chicken teriyaki & when I arrived, it was very calm & quiet inside. I went up & the guy asked, «call in for a spicy chicken teriyaki?» Yes, please! So great he already knew my order, especially since there was another meal also waiting to be picked up. Anyways, the guy was very helpful. I told him it was my first time here & he smiled. After he rang up my card, I seen that the sauce was .30 extra. I went to pull out some coins for it & he said it was okay & threw a pack in my bag! Best customer service ever! When I got the meal to my friend, all he kept saying was, «this looks bomb!» He took a bite & nearly inhaled the rest(I wasn’t able to get a good looking picture of the meal before he attacked it). I gotta admit, it did look good, and it’s good to know that it was yummy as well! I’d definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone out near Factoria!

This is the go to Teriyaki spot when I am at work. The food is always fresh and ready in a timely manner, even when you order for 8 people! The food is always amazing, The GOTO is the Spicy Chicken Katsu with Stir Fried Cabbage and veggies instead of salad. Always crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The rice is cooked perfectly every time(never hard or too watery soft). I’ve tried a lot of different dishes and combinations here and they never disappoint. If your looking for a Teriyaki restaurant with good flavor, a fair price and a clean and friendly staff, then look no further because this is the BEST teriyaki overall in the Bellevue area. HANDSDOWN. If you don’t believe me, then go see for yourself.

So delicious! I was more than satisfied with my meal today and when I came here exactly a year ago. The meat was very tender and well marinated, not too sweet or salty. I think my favorite was the general TSO’S combo with the spicy crispy chicken. The short ribs were also very good.

THISISNOWMYFAVORITETERIYAKI!!! Like omg I’m obsessed with it. I tried this again last week after not going there for almost a year and the spicy chicken teriyaki /spicy chicken katsu combo blew my mind. It was so amazing and well prepared for a little teriyaki joint. I’ve been back 3 times since hahah

Good amount of food at a reasonable price. Friendly staff. Parking lot is kinda small. Great variety of items on the menu posted on the wall. Busy at times during the lunch hours. Good teriyaki place on the Eastside.

This place is very good’ my family loves teriyaki and we were looking for a nice place like that. Very warm and nice atmosphere inside, Christmas music and hot tea just made our day! Delicious food, my kids love it! The only thing is I prefer hotter food, my spicy teriyaki was kind of warm. Will definitely come back. Thank you owners for your business!

I normally go to the Toshi’s on Main, closer to my home. When I read the reviews about the salad, that sounded a lot better than the cabbage they serve at Toshi’s on Main Street in Bellevue. I went for lunch today and appreciated the polite, appreciative staff. The restaurant was clean inside and I got to eat off a plate with real silverware, which was pretty great for this very yummy beef teriyaki I had with fresh salad, yummy dressing, and rice. Lunch was so good; I went back for take out dinner. This is a really great lunch for the price. It’s great for eating in, or takeout. They even happily take Visa or American Express. I highly recommend this great teriyaki place hidden on 40thNE of McDonalds in Factoria.

Good food +good portions = :D We ordered the spicy katsu and chicken combo with a side of steam vegetable and fried rice substitute. The portion was so big, both of us were pretty full after. My favorite was definitely the katsu, it was still crunchy after being smothered with the spicy sauce and everything went really well together. Overall, I would come back.

Visiting from SF. And read about it on Unilocal.Got the spicy katsu and it was on point. My parents got chicken teriyaki and salamon teriyaki. The brown rice was good, generous portions, good service, clean bathrooms. I would definitely go back. Looks like a family owned store too. Also good prices(my mom wanted me to add that last part). Basically we were all pleased and I have food left over.

I have been to this place twice during lunch to togo their lunch special of the katsu bowl. I have to say that it’s really good and I’m not usually a huge teriyaki fan. The portion is slightly more than enough for me but a lot better than the normal portion given. The service is always friendly even though I just go in and out. Will be coming back to try other things!

Good budget teriyaki joint INTERIORS: Nothing fancy here. Enough sitting space for about 40 to 45 people. SERVICE: The staff was courteous. You have to walk up to the counter to order but the food is served at the table. The preparation time is about 5 to 10 minutes per order and as such this place is great for a quick lunch. FOODANDPRICES: The food is all under 10 bucks and their bowls are just 5 to 6 bucks. A pretty good deal for their vast portions. I ordered their katsu chicken but realized later that they also have a spicier version for 60 cents extra. Will try that next time. The portions were pretty huge. I also ordered miso soup and I don’t think I will order that again for I really love the miso soup served at Kobe bellevue and this one wasn’t as delicious. But the chicken katsu tasted great enough for me to award it a 5 star rating. Their Katsu was deep fried, a little more than other places hence the brown color than golden brown. If this isn’t good for you then ask them in advance to keep it golden brown. OVERALL: Nice cheap joint for quick lunches. They are not open on Sunday so Mon to sat is when you can visit them. They also close around 9 so hurry up if you are a late nighter like me
