The best hot cocoa I have had a while. Great convenient spot to sit and relax for a few minutes.

Located by the Bellevue City Center is it a great place to get your coffee fix. Pastry case looked wonderful and coffee was wonderful. Staff was friendly and efficient. Lost stars is for a sign at register that said they will not make change for the bus, even if you buy something. This just sets a negative tone for everyone at the location. It does not send a welcome, we care impression. Yes, trust me I know banks charge for rolled coins and have currency enhance fees for businesses BUT you made a decision to build at a transit station, consider it a cost of business. You make money from bus riders so it goes both ways. Honestly, this alone would steer me clear of returning to a great coffee shop.

I’m happy this place opened up. Its better than its competitor on the other side of the transit center. This chain needs to expand!

I love Tully’s coffee, but the manager there is so rude and unfriendly. I suggest she gets some sort of coaching about how she comes off.

Nice location in the lobby of the City Center building, which is currently dominated by Microsoft. I noticed that the servers will likely remember your order if you are a regular.

I’m not a big fan of mocha for it’s insane calorie count, but this is one place where I take a pass on healthy choice. Coffee here is great for a coffee chain. There is a lot of seating space. Best part is the staff here, excellent service and really friendly. I don’t live in US and only visit every few weeks, but they still seem to remember me atleast by face. For me this place is handy backup when I miss lunch and don’t want to walk.

Hello, new Tully’s! This is at the bottom of the City Center building(along with El Gaucho) and is directly across from the Bellevue Transit Center — which is very handy and why I find myself heading here more often than not in the morning these days :) Pretty average for a Tullys — which is to say, good. Coffee doesn’t have that nasty Starbucks over-roasted burnt taste, which is a selling point as there are(count ‘em) TWO starbucks at the transit center. Resulting bonus: never really that long of a wait for your cup o’ joe. The staff are pretty easy to get along with and remember your drink history which is always appreciated. Overall the best option for coffee at the Transit Center.
