I have been to this coffee shop many times as its in the building I work in. My group and I just had the best experience with Zyrike — wow! What a great barista. He was so friendly, smiley and helpful! He really seemed to be enjoying himself while engaging genuinely with all customers. We can’t wait to go back for our latte refills!

Great barristas, quick service, and delicious coffee! Unlike some *other* chain coffee places in Seattle, Tully’s doesn’t over roast their beans. This is conveniently located in our office building so we’re regulars!

I stopped in for breakfast the other morning before my conference started and was quite impressed. I enjoyed the greek yogurt with marionberry and an Italian soda — both were exactly what I was craving for breakfast and just so tasty!

Two stars because the people who work here are always friendly and up beat, even though they close way too late and open early. I got a drip coffee today, and holy cow it tasted awful. If I hadn’t already been on the road when I tried it I would have taken it back. Tasted like coffee had been strained through a dirty sock and had an ashy after taste. Blech.

They get two stars — but only because the service was good. The ladies working were very nice. Order the white mocha if you want a warm cup of milk. I took my «coffee» back thinking they had made it wrong because it honestly tasted like milk alone. The second one I got was barely better. There was a slightly sweeter flavor but I’m pretty sure there wasn’t any coffee in it. I won’t be back the rest of the week I am staying at the hotel. I don’t care how convenient it is

I love this Tully’s! I get coffee or a snack here a ridiculous amount of times per week. I have strictly great experiences here with what I order & the service. Also I absolutely love every barista! They go out of their way to make my morning, I swear it.

Friendly service. If you’re a regular, they know your name and drink order.

The coffee and service here is just OK. Nothing special. My espresso drink tasted a little bitter and cold. The breakfast sandwiches are bland. Tully’s and Need’s(espresso upstairs) are just convenient quick stops for people visiting the Hyatt hotel.

Tully’s, you’re handy. Your free WIFI, your cheap coffee, your assorted tables and chairs… I dig you. You’re good for meetings, you’re good for between meetings, you’re good for even just a quick pick me up. Maybe not the best coffee in Seattle but certainly a-ok.

I love the staff here and this place is great. There are always people purchasing because it’s in a big office building. But everyone working there is super friendly and helpful. I LOVE their matcha green tea iced! No other places I tried even have that or as good. It’s light and great tasting!

3.5 stars Better than Starbucks as it’s quiet and in the Hyatt lobby. There’s plenty of seating and free wifi without the crowds of BSquare or Lincoln Square. Nice escape.

Meh, I don’t love Tully’s coffee in general but the cashier was bitchy and the employees in general seem like they dislike their jobs. Location is clean and comfortable.

This was my first ever visit to a Tullys Coffee. I was staying at the Hyatt Bellevue Regency and decided to pop in for a quick coffee drink while waiting for the shuttle. Tully’s offers all the basic coffee and espresso drinks you would expect: brewed coffee, espresso, cappucino, latte, mocha. However, Tully’s seems to add a little twist to each — a Madagascar vanilla latte, a Ghirardelli intense dark mocha. I had the Madagascar vanilla latte, and while I’m not sure exactly what difference the ‘Madagascar’ was supposed to make, I had to admit it was pretty darn good. In addition to coffee drinks, there is an entire glass front refrigerated dedicated to Odwalla smoothie drinks and quite a few flavors of Zico coconut water. Tully’s offers a variety of pastries and sweet breads, bagels, muffins, yogurt parfaits, and they even offer a «soup of the day» that changes every day of the week. So if you’re hungry as well as thirsty they’ve got you well covered here. If you plan to stay in the store to enjoy your libations, you’re in for a treat. There are several low deep brown leather chairs you can relax in, a number of high café tables with tall chairs, and several regular tables, too if you’ve brought friends along. The restaurant opens onto the large enclosed Wintergarden area decorated with bamboo plantings and low key water fountain. You have soothing music and a beautiful and peaceful view to contemplate as the caffeine slowly brings you back to life. aahhhh… this is the way to start your day.

This Tully’s is busy, and busy is a good sign. The staff are friendly, there is free wi-fi, and a lot of space. I feel very comfortable sipping on my coffee.

I’ve been here many times. Usually before a movie at the Cinema. Today was an especially pleasant experience. Amy was so upbeat, she made the coffee taste even better.

This Tully’s is on the first floor of Bellevue Place(which includes the Bank of America building and the Hyatt). The staff working the counter are efficient and good with the chat-up. As long as there isn’t a convention or something in the hotel there is usually very little to no wait. Free wifi is always a good thing if you intend on hanging out a while.

This specific Tully’s has served as my office more times than I can remember over the past couple of years. And to be honest, it’s essentially ideal. Fast and free wi-fi, an array of seating options, plenty of free parking(which located this close to Bellevue Square is quite a feat), tasty treats both sweet and savory, and great, erm, tea… (Read: I would be a star happier if their coffee were a little bit better.)

Tully’s has great coffee and the crew here is terrific. The inside is like being in a little café and takes you away of the craziness of the Bellevue Square mall. Everyone who works there is always super nice and will answer even the wackiest coffee question or suggestion. I recommend the Raspberry Bar with an Intense Dark Mocha.

I absolutely LOVE going to this Tully’s! Its not because their coffee is the greatest on the planet although it is a close second to my favorite which is not in Seattle(Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf — Los Angeles). So I guess technically it is my favorite coffee place in Seattle. Not a big Starbucks fan. I am always greeted with a friendly smile, «how’s your day» sincerity. I am a loyal customer because they are what customer service is about. I absolutely love James the Head barista. If you are near Bell Square — highly recommend!
