Unique Painting & Design

I called Unique Painting and Design and left a message. Nader called me back the same day and we set up an appt for an estimate for the next day. Very timely! I appreciated how fast he got back to me and made room in his schedule so quickly to come by to give me a quote.
Within the week the room is painted and looks fantastic! I asked for stripes and he did an excellent job! A true artist! I am so happy with his work!
I highly recommend Unique Painting and design! If you want reasonable, timely and excellent work call Nader!

Good attitude, workmanship, and support
Nader and his folks did a great job at a reasonable price, and agreed to come back and repair a few details. I certainly plan to engage them again in the future.

We recently hired Nader and his crew to paint the exterior of our home. Nader himself is great to work with, very responsive and eventually makes sure that the customer is satisfied. His crew however is a different story. When they painted my fence, they left the floor and some of the plants uncovered so there was paint all over. I had to walk out and tell them to cover up the plants. Later, Nader made sure that I had new mulch in my garden to cover up the paint splattered mulch.
The trim around my front door had the paint peeling off, so instead of sanding/​scraping it down they simply painted over it. When I pointed that out to Nader he eventually made sure that the trim was sanded down and repainted.
All in all, I will say that the crew did a very sloppy job (chewing gum on concrete steps, not cleaned up until pointed out) but Nader cleaned up after them. However, I did not appreciate the fact that I had to point all this out to them. Considering the price I paid I expected a much neater and professional job.
I would give the finished product itself 4 stars, but the angst through the process makes me give them 3.

I had put off painting my house for most of the summer so was scrambling to find someone who could finish the job before the weather changed at the end of September. Nader came back with a reasonable bid and a promise to finish the job by the end of the following week. I was concerned as it turned out his workers could only work nights which I wasn’t aware of, but they came each night and worked until dark. I was still worried they would not have enough time to finish at that rate as it was scheduled to rain on Sunday but they started on Sunday and finished late Saturday afternoon. The place looks great and Nader has come back with no push back a couple times now to hit a few touch ups that needed to be taken care of.

Nader was excellent to work with, he was very responsive and was able to get us scheduled despite our changing construction actvitities and tight timeline to get painting done. He was very reasonable and fast, and he did an excellent job cutting in the wall/​ceiling edges, getting paint colors matched and painting the trim without any blue tape– thats quite a skill!

I’ve used Nader for two painting jobs. I’m sure I will use him again in the future.
